The house is beautiful and spacious. It has many rooms to accommodate a large group of people.
The fridge wasn't working and that made our stay a complete NIGHTMARE! We contacted the property when we noticed the refrigerator was not working. They sent someone to fix it. However, it couldn't be fixed and they said it would have to be replaced. From then on, they promised various solutions that were never kept. They said they would send us a mini fridge while the fridge was replaced, but it never arrived. They also said they would send a new fridge, but it was never delivered either. This was a complete nightmare because we spent our whole stay trying to contact them and they never solved our problem. We rented a big house with many facilities for a group vacation, but the fridge didn't work for the 5 days we stayed. They had 5 days to resolve this, but they didn't! We bought several meats to grill over the weekend, which went bad because the fridge was not working. Total waste of money!! We also had to spend extra money to buy coolers and ice daily. In addition to vacation time and the stress spent on it. We literally sent over 100 text messages, tried calling multiple times and our issue was not resolved. We paid over $2000 to stay in a luxury home where the fridge didn't work and the customer care was a complete neglect. I'm still trying to get in touch with the property, but so far (almost a month after my stay), no solution or decent customer care has been provided. I do not recommend this house - because if you need something from them, you will only have unfulfilled promises!

It was a great house and a great location and very comfortable
it was a five bedroom house and we had eight people. All of the kitchen supplies were designed for a small group. The biggest frying pan was 6 inches. definitely needs an upgrade in the kitchen supplies. The bathtub in the master did not work. The electricity in one of the bedrooms did not work.

The layout for a group was great. The backyard with pool was perfect.
Air conditioning in a couple bedrooms was not great. Fans could have helped.
