My family and I stayed for our son's BC graduation. We also had 1 family member with a walker and one with a scooter, this worked out perfectly for us! Communication was also wonderful. If we ever had to visit again, we would definitely stay here. Also, so roomy!

A lovely and cozy home, perfect for relaxing with family. Walks around the neighborhood and along the beach were beautiful and tranquil. We practically had the entire beach to ourselves...although, that's to be expected when visiting the shore in November :)

It was the perfect house for our family. My FIL fell in April and broke his hip. He is doing very well but needed no stairs to climb. The house was spacious and also allowed our dog to come. We fell in love with the neighborhood and area. Enjoyed evening sunsets and got to watch the Ferry depart too. We loved it so much we are coming back.

This was the 3rd year of staying in the Villas. As in years past, it was a delightful, comfortable and clean stay. A true "home away from home" with all the amenities of a complete house. And those front and rear screened-in porches are fantastic! It's also a quiet, mature and well-kept neighborhood which adds to the experience. Already booked for 2024! Thank you again, Elizabeth!

This was my first ever stay at a VRBO, and forever now, the bar is set high! Elizabeth,our host, was extremely communicative and accommodating throughout the process, never taking more than 24 hours to respond.
The house was exactly as described, two bedroom suites (complete with bathrooms), an additional bedroom and bath and a room with a pullout couch /pocket doors that doubled as the fourth bedroom. Anything and everything needed was furnished, and the house was well stocked with essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies,laundry detergent, etc.
The real attraction however, was the bay beach literally three minutes away. I was so taken by the cleanliness and proximity, that this was the first year I didn't go to the ocean beach ( though Ophelia took care of that too!). I can't say enough about how easy everything was! Oh, yes, and I brought my dog too! She also had a great time as there are many more squirrels in Villas than at home!

Great house with lots of room for our group of 4. The kitchen is large and well stocked, there are many beach chairs and umbrellas to use, and lots of room to hang out, visit, eat. The back screened-in porch is lovely. The bay beach is so close! We really enjoyed our stay.

Great house for a family vacation. Plenty of rooms and spacious layout. Screened porches were great for hanging out. House was stocked with everything we needed. Lots of beach chairs and umbrellas in the garage. The garage was also great for extra space to store our bikes and stroller for the week. Close to the beach where we brought our dog everyday. Easy to communicate with the host. Would definitely stay again!

We had a lovely time in The Villas at this home. Everything was as described and communication was excellent. The space was perfect for gathering or relaxing. We hope to stay again in the future.

Lovely home located super close to the bay entrance. My family and I had a wonderful time here. I loved walking my dog along the bay...which we did twice a day whenever we could. The house is clean, well equipped and in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Close to everything. Loved spending time on the porches. Great communication with the owner. Perfect!!!!

A group of 4 senior adults stayed the weekend to do a bit of birding. The house was perfect! Two master bedrooms for the two couples. We didn't need the other 2 bedrooms but the house fit within all our search parameters so we took it. The proximity to the beach was fantastic and we loved the quiet neighborhood. "Town" was just a short drive away. That porch was idyllic--so quiet and peaceful! And it was so convenient that linens were furnished; but not excited about having to make our own beds. Would most definitely rent this house again!

House has a great layout and is updated very tastefully. There are various TVs and an awesome screened in porch. Love how close it was to see the bay and how convenient it was to stores and quick 15 minutes to Cape May center. Overall great house

We stayed in this beautiful house while having a memorial service for my parents at Cold Spring Presbyterian Church. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and very comfortable, also enjoyed walking on the bay each day. Would definitely stay again.

We are four friends who were neighbors many years ago. This was the first time we went on a weekend getaway. Boy, we picked the perfect house. It is really a lovely home with a beautifully landscaped yard. Our hostess saw to it that everything was perfect. The house is spotless and comfortable. The first words out of one of our travelers was “ omg, I want to live here”. We enjoyed every minute and only wished we could stay longer. We are already planning to stay there again next year. Thank you, Elizabeth, for all your thoughtfulness.

This home is wonderful! Spacious, well equipped from the kitchen to the bedrooms and baths. We didn't need to purchase anything. The screened in back porch was our favorite hang out space. Bay beach close by as well as restaurants. and of course Cape May. Will ask to stay again on our next girls weekend!

Our family gathering needed a place for 7 adults to relax, share food and laughs, and be close to Cape May. This home had the perfect accommodations for all of us. Communication was fantastic! Every picture showed the accommodations accurately. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. It was just right!

Booked a getaway with the family in this dog-friendly home. The neighborhood was quiet and the walk to the bay beach was shorter than expected. Saw dolphins and played in the shallow pools at low tide. Easy to get to Wildwood, Cape May parks and the lighthouse. Saw more dolphins at the ferry landing and walked down the beach from the lighthouse into town for a lovely lunch. Even took a ride to OCNJ to walk a different boardwalk. House was cozy and stocked with games like Scrabble and Monopoly. Big open kitchen, dining and living room space, excellent screened in porches in front and back. My wife even utilized loft space as a workout area. Everyone could have their own space when needed, and we cherished our time together. Host was responsive, but not much communication needed when everything is as advertised.

Cute, clean, and spacious house! Above all, it is dog friendly and super close to the beach. The house is equipped with everything you need. We felt like we were at home. It is 15 min from downtown beautiful Capemay (and great restaurants) and few minutes from the super market to stock up on groceries. Elizabeth is a kind/considerate host and I appreciated her excellent communication! We will be back!

Birthday celebration weekend with 7 friends - huge kitchen table and family room for eating, chatting and playing games and bedrooms and bathrooms are a very good size! Ample linens, quilts, bath towels and beach towels (not 1/person like most places) and ample paper products (TP and PT). Walking distance to bay beach and only 17 minutes to downtown Cape May. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived!! Already planning our next get together! Thank you Elizabeth for a wonderful stay!

Enjoyed our 2nd stay here. Owner very responsive. Beautiful large home and love that they allow bigger dogs. So close to great areas to walk the dog too---the beach, the neighborhood and trails at Cox Hall Creek. Thank you again for allowing us to share your lovely home.

The rental process was super easy, the property owner was very detailed in the process. The house was equipped with everything we needed for our stay, super close to the bay. Dog friendly! The cleaning was left a bit much to be desired. It seems the cleaners do just the bare minimum, vacuuming, laundering the towels and bedding. Overall it was not a bad rental property!

Wow! This was a perfect house for our family. My husband is handicapped and in a wheelchair. It’s so hard to find a vacation spot to accommodate him. We were so thankful to find this property. The ramps and the room were perfect for him. The house was clean, well equipped and comfy. My daughters and I drank our coffee on the screened in porch and the short walk to the beach was marvelous. We really hope to have the opportunity to stay here again.

This home is really lovely and it is more beautiful in person. The bay beach is so close and the house had everything we needed for our stay. Cape May and Wildwood are only 15 minutes away if you want to visit, but this location is nice and quiet and away from the crowds. Owners and neighbors are very nice and responsive. The garage is well stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas and floaties. The two screened in pourches are a real plus. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is planning a trip to the Cape May area!

The pictures dont really tell a true story and to me seeing is believing, i fell in love the minute we stepped on the property. The back porch was so lovely and we spent the majority of our time there when not on the bay. The bay was delightful and basically empty- maybe 5 other people tops... i loved having the floaties available for us to use. I was happy to get my 76 year old mom in the water- we lounged for hours...
My idea of a great vacation is sun, water and reading at least 3 books and i did all that, We loved being able to bring the dogs and they loved it also, we loved it so much we booked August 2023 within the first few hours of being there, Elizabeth provides everything- literally everything.

We enjoyed staying at your beautiful house. It was very spacious and comfortable. The only remark I have is that the toilets didn’t have grab bars for my nephew who is in a wheelchair. The ramp you provided was wonderful and very much appreciated. Thank you so much. Take care.

We loved the location, amenities, lay out and overall cleanliness of this house. Beach gear was provided, linens, and kitchen supplies. It is very close to the beach so just perfect for a family vacation with our pups. The dogs are allowed on the beach morning and evening so we had long beautiful walks with them and they loved the vacation too. There is a hole in the back fence - so dogs cannot be allowed out back unsupervised, but other than that the house was really perfect for our needs. Thank you so much!
