We were very impressed with this vacation home. We had everything we needed and the location was perfect. Owners were thoughtful and very accomodating. We are definitely planning a return trip. Excellent vacation.

Location was perfect as everything we needed was close by. Property was in good condition, very clean and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the pool and game room. Kitchen had everything we needed. Linen package was good quality.

From a distance the online pictures look great. The proximity to the beach and local was good. Unfortunately, the facility was in need of basic maintenance. Examples. Multiple light bulbs where out. One burner on the stove was out. Both the kitchen sink and upstairs master bathroom had sinks that leaked. All of the outdoor furniture need to be pressure washed. It give the appearance of mold and mildew. The TV in the upstairs master bedroom occassion would only have a half screen.
Everything listed could have been fixed with some basic maintenance between 10am and 4pm some Saturday.
If all the issues where resolved we would have given it 4 stars.

The House was beautiful, and spacious enough for all 10 of our group to spread out and have their own personal experience. The kids and teenagers loved the pool and hottub, and the ping pong and foosball gave afults and children a fun activity to play together without leaving the doorway.
Literally waliing distance from arcade, 5 guys rstaurant, and we really felt we were a block away from anything in Kill Devil Hills.
You access the beach via public access , great spot. Dare Devils subs and Pizza and Bonzers Restaurant on either side of the street on beach road, made it so easy to grab a simple, quick bite for the kids between meals.

This was a great location. Restaurant in walking distance. House was clean and very comfortable. Host were very helpful. We would definitely rent again.

We will definitely love to return to this house in the future, and it was GREAT being able to communicate with the owners, which are very friendly and gave us a lot of info on stuff to do in the area!

Great vacation house
The property was clean and the owner advised us when it was ready from the previous occupants so we could start enjoying it. This is our third year to rent this house, and it never disappoints!

We have stayed at quite a few and this is one of the cleanest Vrbo houses we have stayed at! Great layout for a family with kids and Grandparents. Easy walk to beach allowing for a quick return to the house for lunch. Walkable to restaurants, pizza, and ice cream, yet short drive to many other great restaurants. The owner, Kristin, responded instantly with any concerns/questions, the best we have ever dealt with. Definitely hope to return again.

Perfect Location and House
The property was beautiful and had all the amenities our group needed. We walked to the beach, restaurants, and shopping every day as the location of the house was super close to all of these things. Owner communication was prompt and very courteous. Even though pool wasn't heated it felt wonderful with the June sun, and all adults and kids swam daily. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to others!

Kill Devil Hill Vacation
Well appointed house and very comfortable for our family with thee adult children and their spouses. Pool was appreciated and the proximity to places to eat and distance to the beach (very close) were a big plus.

A great property in a great location.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is exactly as shown in the photos and was very clean/functional. Owners responded to questions almost instantly. Our biggest problem was trying to get the kids to leave the house to see the Outer Banks!

Feels like home
The house was very clean. The kitchen was very well equipped with just about everything we needed. . A few suggestions would be a collection of larger skillets or pans. Some potholders would be really useful as well. There were PLENTY of plates, bowls, glasses, coffee mugs and silverware. We would most definitely stay again! The short walk to the beach was awesome!

Fantastic!
We had a fantastic week in OBX at this property. The house was beautiful, with spacious bedrooms and fully stocked with everything we needed. Our kids loved the game room and pool. This home is perfectly located with beach access at the end of the street and two great restaurants at the corner. Communication with the property owners was great. They were very helpful and responsive. We definitely recommend staying at this property and we hope to return again for a future stay!

Great House, Great Location
First, the owners respond very quickly to any and all questions. She called and talked with me and asked if I had any questions. The location was perfect, kitchen very well stocked. Pool small but grandkids and parents really enjoyed it. Would rent this home again. Just wish there would have been access to a vacuum, with small children we like to clean up crumbs and sand.

Great Beach Rental
We went there for the beach and it was great! The walk was short enough that it was easy to get to the beach from the house with all of our chairs, umbrellas and other gear and settle in each day.

Great house & location
We could not recommend this house more! The owners are so communicative and friendly. The location is amazing with so many great restaurants, parks, and the beach nearby. Their restaurant recommendations are spot on and I wouldn’t suggest straying too far from those! Thank you!!

Wonderful stay! Close to beach!
We loved this house! It was very clean upon arrival. The pool and hot tub were also clean and in great condition and the outdoor shower was perfect to hose off after the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking essentials. You can see the ocean from the house too!!! The house is large and perfect for our family. There are a lot of steps! The main living is one the top floor. We loved that there were 2 King master suites. The mattress in the Middle level master wasn’t as comfortable as the upper level. The beach access is very close even with towing 3 kids. The public parking was always full my mid morning but the beach was never crowded. The lifeguard stand is right at the beach access too! There are 2 restaurants one or two lots away that have delicious food. Lee, the owner, was very responsive and nice to talk to. We will definitely we back!

Our stay at Caribbean Dreams
Overall, we loved the house. Everything was very clean when we arrived. The house came equipped with everything we needed. The bedrooms were large and the beds were very comfortable.
The only downside for us was the beach access. It was close but t there was a boardwalk that goes over the dunes and we had to climb two flights of stars because to get to the beach. It made it somewhat cumbersome when you are carrying beach equipment, canopy, beach chairs, cooler etc. Otherwise, my family and I had a great week.

This property was perfect for our family. We loved the layout, pool, and easy access to the beach. The home was very clean and the kitchen was equipped with anything you need for cooking. The pool was great. We already are hoping to book next year. The owners responded immediately with any questions we had and were so nice. I really cannot say enough nice things. We had a great vacation!

June Vacation During COVID-19
This home was ready to go when we arrived. Lee, the owner, checked in with us several times beforehand and checked in with us while we were there. The pool and hot tub were AWESOME and the home had all of the necessary conveniences! We were pleased with the sleeping arrangements, the kitchen, living areas, TVs in all rooms with cable/wi-fi. It was very comfortable and close to all amenities. We had a great week! I would highly recommend.

Awesome Beach House
We had a great time at the Beach House We stayed 7 days we had our kids and there spouses and our grandsons there it was an awesome time lot’s of room for all 8 of us the pool and hot tub were used every day and Lee the owner was awesome to deal with and we would definitely stay there again it was close to everything Thank You Lee Frank P. from PA.

Great House!
This is a wonderful house for a family of 2+ generations. The bedrooms are bright and roomy, and the beds were comfortable. Also adequate number of bathrooms and living areas for more than one group. The kitchen and adjacent eating area provides plenty of room to eat together and enjoy games at night. The beach access is very close, and this area of Kill Devil Hills has a number of restaurants and shops that can be reached within a 5-10 minutes walk. We would definitely return again!

Great house with a great location. Cleanest house I've ever seen in the OBX. You can tell the owners take pride in their house and want their guests to have the best experience possible. Would stay again - in fact, already booked this house again!

Intentionally, we wanted an adult only get away. We thoroughly enjoyed the cottage and location. The house is actually very well described but has even more room than you expect.
