It was clean with enough beds and baths for our group...plenty of towels for pool, hot tub and shower.

The property itself was great in regards to size and location for our party. Unfortunately, there were several issues, which made the stay less enjoyable as we were on the phone with management nearly every day.
Upon arrival there was trash all over the front of the property from overturned trash can.
We were given a code to enter the property through an electric gate, which did not work. We had to hop the fence and open manually.
The shower in the casita/smaller house did not function at all (no water).
The dishwasher in the main house was not draining so it could not be used.
The jacuzzi never got hot, just warm.
Several lightbulbs out throughout the house.
Management did there best to address the above issues, the shower eventually got fixed, but the dishwasher was unable to be fixed, which resulted in a lot of hand dishwashing for our large group gathered for Thanksgiving meals.
Would recommend management/owners do regular walk throughs to assure everything in working order. Would expect the property to be better maintained and functional for the price.

This was an executive retreat for 8 women. The house had plenty of space. One caveat that needs to be explained more clearly in the listing -- the house is really 2 completely separate homes. The smaller home has three bedrooms and two baths, the larger home has five bedrooms and 2 baths. We were anticipating only needing two people to share each bathroom. The fifth bathroom is actually in the pool house and ways away from bedrooms. Definitely not convenient unless you happen to be outside. Other than the inaccurate description, the property was nice and spacious for our group but not sure I'd recommend it for a non-familial group that is more used to sharing bathrooms.

Overall the house was great and the Property Management was excellent. We had a challenge getting the key which had jammed within the lock box, but upon calling, we had extra keys delivered within minutes. The house is a bit odd in terms of layout and design, but comfortably supported 5 couples.

We had a large family gathering and there was plenty of space for everyone to be together but also comfortable spaces for time apart. Our only real complaint was the casita— it was hot even with AC and the WiFi was so slow we had to use cellular instead. Minor issues were a few indoor cockroaches/crickets/mosquitos, the sofa bed was broken, the pool was dirty and murky, and the washer/dryer didn’t work well. Despite these few nuances, we’d absolutely rent again. The quality for the price was fair, especially compared to similar sized rentals in the area. There was plenty of parking, cozy beds, and the showers were dreamy. Customer service was top notch— friendly and always helpful. Thank you Vacasa for letting us use your home!

We loved the cleanliness of the homes and the two houses together. However the jacuzzi didn’t work and the pool didn’t ever heat even though we paid for 3 days of heated pool.

Not a bad set up for 8 guys playing golf. A few problems with electricity, but the were responsive. Hot tub did not work.

Great furnishings. Small but well stocked kitchen. Salt water pool is a plus. Two house arrangement makes it possible to have two family gathering without infection risk.

This property is in a horrible neighborhood and the property itself is rundown. We had to have the pool person and cleaning crew come out as soon as we checked in. One of the two gates did not work. The 4-5 trashcans were completely full and overflowing. Half of the pool loungers were ripped and old and discolored. The umbrellas were old and shredded. The patios were dirty. While the bedrooms are nice - the main bathroom leaks badly when you shower.
The kitchen was well stocked, and the AC worked.
Overall the property is not as nice as it looks in the pictures and the neighborhood is horrible.
Would not return to this house.

Great Weekened Getaway
We had a great weekend getaway for the 4th of July. The house was perfect for our large group of 11. There was plenty of space in both the indoor and outdoor spaces. We had a nice quiet relaxing time by the pool and enjoyed the tranquil desert vibe. The bbq was also a nice perk. We would definitely come back for another weekend. Also, the house was very well stocked with towels, dishes, kitchenware, and household supplies which was very much appreciated.

Great House For Groups Or Large Families
Great house for groups or large families We booked this house for a 40th birthday party and the house did not disappoint. It was beautiful and just as described. The pool was heated so it was PERFECT for cool mornings and evenings. The guest house is not connected directly to the main house, but that was not an issue. Highly recommend and would book again.

Truly Sunsational!
Truly Sunsational! There were 11 of us and we had tons of room to spare! The pool area was my favorite. I didn't want to leave the comfy chairs and those views, although the firepit in the evenings was perfect, too. Both the main house and casita are modern and beautifully furnished - there's a lot of space for gathering and the kitchens had everything we needed. I would go back in a heartbeat to enjoy more time here with good friends!
