The location of this property was perfect for a weekend getaway from cold Ohio. My wife and I enjoyed being close to all the restaurants, bars and other attraction. Just a skip from the beach as well. I will defiantly stay again! Lastly, the unit was very clean and equipped.

Loved this efficiency. Had all the amenities needed for a week's stay. The location couldn't be beat as it was within walking distance to many bars and restaurants. The beach was directly across the street which also had entertainment locations just a short walk down the beach. Would definately stay again.

The room was simple and fit our needs. It was clean and we appreciated the extra towels. Unfortunately, our room was directly below a group of college boys who were wild, loud and came back after bar time and partied until 4 a.m. - - for two nights in a row. The rental company basically told us to call the sheriff - we needed to deal with it. Disappointing!

Small and cozy studio with everything you need for your stay. Kitchen well equipped, chairs available for use on the beach, comfortable bed and living space. The biggest plus point has to be the perfect location, less than 2 minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes in both directions to numerous shops, bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again but would probably look for something a little larger for longer stays.

Overall the place was very clean and close to the beach, we only had 1 bath towel which was a bummer? no garbage bags? and the people above us were louder than we could ever explain. it was horrible? sounded like they were rearranging the place, could sleep a wink at night. Huge down fall. we had lots of soda left over and left in fridge? haven't seen a charge yet? but we hated to throw it all away when someone else could use it! all in all nice little comfy place.

My teenage daughter and I enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and comfortable. So much in walking distance. Enjoyed Johns Pass and the Sunday market on Corey Ave. The snack shack on the beach is so convenient and food is good! My only negative would be we could hear so much of the activity of the neighbors right above us. If you're a light sleeper like me and the people above like to party til almost 3am, its rough. But that's certainly no fault on the owner, just the evidence of an older building. Would definitely come back to this resort and area.

We enjoyed our stay at gulf winds. The studio apartment was perfect for what we needed. It was small, and super close to the beach! And on budget! We also enjoyed the pool! Thank you!

It was a short walk to Upham beach and local restaurants and nightlife. We had a good time and would stay again. The check in process was easy and Teresa was wonderful to work with us getting in the studio. Overall we had a great time there.

Check in was horrible, office personnel very unprofessional.
Condo filthy, we purchased cleaning supplies, odor was horrible made me nauseous, but price was right so I guess we get what we pay for!

Older property close to beach and all restaurants. First floor access but away from pool. Very nice staff. Really small with limited electrical outlets. Comfortable bed.

We really loved our stay and the property was beautiful. The unit was fairly clean but lacking in some simple amenities and could use some updating, but overall good and I would come back again.

Vicki’s condo was the perfect location for everything we wanted to do in St Pete Beach! We walked to a variety of breweries, restaurants, and beach bars. There is a coffee maker with coffee and a small kitchen. We appreciated taking the beach chairs and the cooler with us to the beach since we flew for our vacation. Highly recommend local spots Jimmy Bs, Ricks Reef, and Buoys! One thing we wished for was a pin pad to make coming in and out a bit easier and not having to check in with a third party service. Overall, highly recommend for couples!

The unit was clean, cozy, and cutely decorated. The location to the beach and restaurants was great. The host has beach chairs, a beach mat and small cooler in the unit, so made a day trip to the beach very enjoyable.

Not knowing St Pete Beach, we weren’t sure where to stay. We truly lucked out and found a wonderful condo in the middle of it all. We were welcomed by several neighbors as we were unloading the truck and at the pool as well. Friendly people for sure. So many restaurants and bars to walk to. Only 1 Uber trip to John’s Pass, which is a Must-Do! The condo itself is clean and nicely decorated. It’s small, the pictures are accurate but still lots of room to move, didn’t really spend a whole lot of time indoors. Oh, and the beach…..can’t leave that out! The beach is an easy walk, just around the building and across the street. It’s clean, not crazy crowded and there is a snack bar! This was memorable trip! So glad we chose the Gulf Winds Resort.

This unit was exactly as described. Beachy vibe. Clean and well stocked. The location was amazing. Just a few steps away from beautiful Upham Beach. Walking distance to great restaurants and bars. The people in the office were friendly and helpful. Definately recommed this unit!

Traveled with son, perfect size for 2 people. Location within a short walking distance to the beach. Great oceanfront restaurants, on the same beach. Able to park close to condo. Complex, pool, and condo very well-maintained. Property management friendly and helpful. Hope to return very soon!

everything we needed for the week, perfect for my mom and I’s week at the beach!! very short walk to the beautiful beach, lots of restaurants, corey avenue and a short drive to beautiful down town st pete. I will definitely stay here again and would recommend this studio and resort to anyone!!

Perfect size for two
The property was clean an an easy walk to the beach and local restaurants - quiet neighborhood - would visit again but would recommend putting in a new mattress - this one I rolled to the middle and it was hard on the back
