It is beautiful. Home is well maintained and decorated beautifully. Views are lovely. We had the pool heated and was perfect. Handyman made himself present, answered all questions and helped with inflating paddle boards. Our family loved the house and hated to leave.
The only reason I gave it 4stars instead of 5 was my interaction with the property manager via text. For a a simple question, yes or no, I was returned with dialog that was rude and offensive. We were fortunate to have the friendly helpfulness of the wonderful handyman and gardener to help with 2 other small issues. All in all this is a wonderful house with great amenities and you’re sure to enjoy every minute of your time here!

The house was exactly as advertised and was a perfect place for 10 people. We loved everything about it. There are lots of toys for the kids and lots of room for the adults.

We rented this beautiful home for a multi generation vacation. I can’t say enough about how wonderful our experience was. The home is very well equipped and just very comfortable. Our party ranged in age from 2-79 years.
The pool area is fantastic as are all of the items available for swimming, fishing and playing games.
We all agreed that we would definitely rent again. As an added bonus Key West was a great day trip.

Everything was perfect with this property. They have EVERYTHING you would ever think of. We overpacked not knowing the selection of things that would be there. From family games, to pool equipment, fishing equipment and a fully well-stocked kitchen! We have stayed at numerous vacation rentals over the years and this one is definitely one of the best... TOP NOTCH!

Excellent Family Getaway!
The property was first-class and in a great location. We stayed there with 9 family members and had an excellent time. The kids loved the bunk beds and the pool. We also rented a boat for the week and it was great having the dock right there to head out for snorkeling and fishing. Highly recommended!

Awesome property for family time
Loved the important extras- Ice chests, beach towels, plastic plates for children, baby gate, pack n play, plenty of laundry detergent, coffee filters, dish soap, pool toys…. Also, the property manager responded quickly to questions.

Great family gathering place
We had three generations of family with plenty of room and so many fun options. Our large group of 11 used the kitchen continuously and hung out at the pool at all hours. We fished off the dock and caught the most beautiful sunsets every day. This is a welcoming home that I highly recommend!

Amazing place for boaters, and families!
We loved the property, and really enjoyed the layout of the house. It's wonderful having the dual master suites, and a larger bedroom on the main floor. The home was equipped with everything you could ever want, and we had a blast entertaining family and friends for two weeks.

We enjoyed our stay at Turtle Villa , the place was clean and beautifully decorated. Everything you need is there, I was impressed that even in the kitchen drawers the silverware was placed neatly. The only cons would be use of the TV , some instructions would be helpful. Not that we go on vacation to watch TV but Russia was attacking Ukraine.The Wi-Fi was not great.
Meredith made it easy if you needed anything.

The house had every possible cooking device we could think of, and we cooked a variety of meals. Plenty of other amenties, like a cooler, paddle board, lawn and board games, and bait fridge made the stay even better.
The only minor complaints were that the internet was spotty at times, and there were no curtains in the living room, which made it difficult to watch the TV before it got dark.
Would absolutely stay here again if i had a large group.

The perfect vacation getaway for friends and family!
We loved the house and location. We went deep sea fishing, scuba diving, and chartered a catamaran for a sunset cruise. The week was relaxing and adventurous and the house was the icing on the cake!

Excellent property. Pleasantly surprised by how well stocked the house was. Loads of necessities taken care of, only think we had to get was food, drink and ice. Well maintained, great view and very comfortable.
Bathroom on the pool level would've made it perfect.
Highly recommended.

Amazing and better than expected
By far the nicest place we have ever stayed at. We found a small shark at the pier in the first 5 minutes....caught fish, crabs and lobster all week right from the property. We rented a boat and found the dock easy to use and ver convenient. The house is super clean and filled with everything you could need....they even supplied us with bags of ice and prelined trash cans. Every detail has been considered.

The only less than ideal situation was the pool was too warm. We were there in August and would have preferred a cool pool to get into. Overall it was a perfect vacation!

The house was better than expected. They supply almost everything you need to have a great vacation, plenty of games and fun. I loved the extra freezer downstairs for bait and ice, great idea. If you are new to the keys like us and there may be some in your group that don’t like to go out on the boat fishing then there is sombrero beach to hang out and have a good day in the sun, not far from the house.
