Lovely House and Grounds, made to feel very welcome, with a super-dual aspect large Room. Close to the centre Bewdley which is a very picturesque Town, and to visit the Severn Valley Railway

Accommodation was lovely. The grounds were beautiful and very well looked after. Rooms were spacious, beds very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing! But best of all were the staff. We were greeted by the Sam, manageress upon arrival. Very friendly and chatty. Made us feel very welcome.

A hidden Gem...Please don't let the secret ou 🫣😊❤️👍 Immediately the lovely staff greeted you at the door. The property, with parking at their doorstep was so beautiful and peaceful. As was my room Annbolyn. The dinner and breakfast was beyond my expectations seved in lovely appointed quiet rooms. A short river walk into Bewdley and returning to a peaceful sanctuary made my stay truly enjoyable. Seeing the stars from my windows at night and breathing fresh air was comforting. Beautiful grounds and room, very spacious. Staff were friendly. I am really grateful for them accomodating me leaving my car on their grounds after check out to attend a funeral. It was beautifully quiet, great WiFi and breakfast was looking into their well kept grounds. Definitely recommend.

The extractor fan in the bathroom could do with some TLC it's rather loud and squeaky, maybe broken but I'm not sure :)

The location was excellent, just on the edge of Bewdley, easy walk into town but lovely and quiet. Gorgeous Georgian hose and lovely garden ( don’t miss the spectacular sweet chestnut tree from the time of Henry VIII! Spacious bedroom, comfortable bed. Lovely breakfast. Very relaxing. Friendly host.

The shower was a standard cubicle size, a slightly larger one would have been more in keeping with the room size, or preferably a shower over bath to have the option of a relaxing soak after a long drive. The non cooked breakfast options seemed a little limited, but the cooked breakfast was delicious so not a problem.

We loved everything about Kateshill House, our room was huge and beautifully decorated and with luxury accessories. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choice and cooked to order. The grounds are gorgeous and very well cared for. The location is perfect, Kateshill is just 5 minutes from Bewdley and all it’s amenities but in such a peaceful setting, the silence was deafening. Our host was really friendly and made us feel so very welcome. We will definitely return as soon as we get the opportunity.

Large room set in a quaint town and lots of greenery around. Sam was really helpful and attentive, even allowing us to check in quite late due to trouble on the M1, good sized bed, nice touches with free bottled water and tea etc. and the view from our room was great.

I’m personally not a lover of carpet in bathrooms and more options at breakfast would have been nice (E.g. fruit or pastries) but to be honest I’m splitting hairs the stay was great.

Quality and size of the bedrooms were far better than most 5 star hotels.

Loved everything about this property, all staff were so polite and very welcoming, went above and beyond in every way they could, breakfast was very tasty and very well presented with many different choices, was lovely and quiet, beautiful surroundings and not far from the local town, I’d highly recommend anyone to stay here, we will certainly be going back again! Thank you for a wonderful stay x

whilst we only stayed 2 nights we were reallly spoilt. The Manager went out of her way to cook us a lovelysupper and put on music as we were the only ones dining. She was vdery thoughtful in viw of my restricted mobility.

Kateshill House is absolutely stunning, with wonderful rooms, beautiful garden, and fantastic staff. The rooms are clean, bright, and spacious, and the delicious breakfast was cooked with local ingredients. Special thanks to Sam, Alice, and Jenny for being wonderful hosts.
