Ocean view and cleanliness

Being directly on the ocean and the view.

It unit was not that clean (pancakes left by previous guest in the oven / moldy) found a roach in the unit. The unit was not sound proof.

Location was wonderful!

It was super hard to get ahold of anyone with the numbers they left for guest services. They wouldn’t call us back after several voicemails and 2 days of calling. We ended up having to call the booking company to get ahold of them. We had 5 people staying for an entire week. We were only given 6 towels and 4 wash cloths for the entire week. We specifically made sure to book a place with a washing machine and a dryer. The dryer did not work from the first day. We made them aware as soon as we finally were able to reach them. They never sent anyone to fix it or give us another option for a dryer. We were washing towels and our clothes and hanging them on the balcony to dry. We were given 2 rolls of toilet paper to last the entire week with 5 people. We also were only given 2 trash bags which were already in trash cans. We called and made them aware and were told they would drop some more off. They never came. We called to follow up on the dryer and were told they would keep us updated. They never did. We also did not have a bed spread on one of the beds. So they had to drop one off with some extra towels that they finally brought us. We bought toilet paper and trash bags. I just felt like with as much as we paid for the entire week. We shouldn’t have had to ask for towels, toilet paper, a bed spread, etc.. and the dryer situation was ridiculous. I know sometimes the owners don’t live near and it’s hard to get a maintenance man to fix it quickly, but I think the dryer has been broken before we arrived. Hence the bed spread not being on one of the beds and the small amount of towels and wash cloths we were given. (The cleaning company were having to take those bed spreads, towels, etc elsewhere to wash and dry) I probably wouldn’t stay here again simply due to the poor service we received.

The location was the only good thing about the property.

Bugs bugs bugs. When we walked in there was a giant roach in the bedroom. Woke up in the am to dead roaches in kitchen. Baby roaches as well. Also about a dozen flies smooshed into the windows—after paying a $400 cleaning fee I expected this place to be immaculate. It is Run down. I don’t mean like 1990s dated. I mean like 1970s! The appliances were awful. Probably 2nd hand. The dishwasher and fridge leaked water. The dryer took 3 rounds to dry a load. No shower liners in the the showers. Rusted shower rods. Just a really unkept place. It ruined the whole vacation. I couldn’t stand being there.

Perfect location

Roaches, moles on the ceiling vents, dust on ceiling fans, moles smells, hard to work the TV cables, door fixtures, and shower fixtures

Beach front,close to shopping and golf.

The cleanliness was poor, hair left in bathtub under mat,condo very dusty,glass doors and windows not being cleaned consistently.
