Fabulous views. Big bathroom, semi private loo. Shampoo, body wash. Parking at base of our stairs, ease of unpacking and access to indoors with limited external stairs.

Needs aircon, ceiling fans as pedestal fans not stable - had to plug in to points across doorways. Tripping hazard. Needs dishwasher. Decor very tired. Fresh coat of white(ish) paint would freshen up. Neighbour next door shares wall with stairs attached. I asked her about noise transfer (from experience as an owner ourselves) and it was said that when a family stays, playing ball inside, noise on stairs particularly loud. Using bathroom and kitchen after lights out, cockroaches seen. Evidence of food in crevices of lounges. Uncomfortable outdoor seating with table and benches sticky unpleasant finish. To open windows or blinds in main bedroom, below footpath level and noise of pedestrian’s conversation and visual from footpath into bedroom. Needs privacy screening. Not sure of night security/access through this window. Coffee machine uses alternative pods so decaf we brought with us weren’t of use. Difficulty to tune in TV.

The location was great for beach use but of no use given the bad weather.

No heating was provided even though the property promotion said there was gas heating. We had to call after hours support who brought 2 electric heaters. These did very little to heat the property. We ended up leaving a day earlier because of the uncomfortable situation. The lack of a fan or heating in the room that had shower, bath and toilet added to the discomfort. The lounge cushions smelled so we had to use our bed pillows. The instructions about leaving the property said to stack the dishwasher - there was no dishwasher, we washed by hand. The property managers obviously don't tailor their instructions to individual properties. The microwave did not function properly - it kept making noise even after the timer finished. The door was difficult to open and you had to hold the whole microwave in order to yank the door open.

Neat and clean. It is in a great location, 5 minutes walk to the beach.

No air conditioning. It would be hot in summer. Kids felt that their room was warm even with the fan on. Need to have barbecue tongs, we only had a small plastic tongs to use.

Front door needs a screen as to keep the air flowing through the property (especially upstairs) meant we got a few flies - also we had no water most of saturday due to a sydney water issue but nothing that could be done about that as the whole suburb was affected

Location was good and the views of the ocean were beautiful.

There was no heating the first night and it was very very cold. I called the managing agent and they supplied a heater the very next day which made all the dfference. I did have to ask for an extra hand towel as there was only one hand towel supplied for the three of us. We stayed over a week and did not have a change of towels during the whole stay, which I though was terrible given we'd paid very very good money on a nightly basis. A hotel would have changed the towels everyday for the same money and we didn't even have one change of towels for the whole 8 days of stay.

The location was great and home was lovely..! Comfortable stay with great views and well equipped

We believed we were renting a house, this was not the case, advertisement was misleading. No lighting on the outside stairs (dangerous) the lock box was not working, the door lock on the entrance was broken (repaired during our stay) one night without hot water (maintenance man rectified that issue the following morning)

Nice, clean close to the beach. Very convenient.
