Location was great the apartment was really good size

The apartment was not clean, definitely need a new cleaner .there was no plug for the bath which I searched the whole apartment for. There was mould exposed in the 2nd bedroom on roof and looks like the roof is damaged from this. Tiles was coming off cracks in the roof. The upstairs walls are filthy. the ensuite room shower leaked over the floor was very slippery and the pool which is the main reason I booked is bottom level on the other side of the building and shared with other people not so private at all will be stay here again

Property was Fantastic Plenty of room and kitchen had lots of utensils, pots pans etc Beds were sensational Glen was really helpful and simple entry procedure to get keys.

Unfortunately the pool was out of action for our stay. Not sure how to fix but the numbers on the lock box were small and being over 50 we all struggled to see them without our glasses. Maybe just a heads up for people to see if they can open without glasses before leaving them in room. Definitely not a complaint just a suggestion. Thanks

Dirty linen and carpet, mould on the ceiling in the bedroom. Dirty benches and lounges.

So much room - great location - great parking - everything was very clean and fresh - everything about this property is exceptional

few finishing touches were disappointing

the property was comfortable and clean

the description of the property was incorrect. it was listed as 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms but only had 2.5 bathrooms. the property was missing little touches such as bins in the bathroom and tissues. there was no furniture on the roof top terrace so this space was unusable. the iron was broken and the hair dryer was missing. Glen did help out by delivering a few items that we needed.

King size beds

Located on main road through Wagga. Trucks so loud you could not talk. Very dirty with spiders and webs. No furniture in second living space and broken furniture on balconies. No chairs around pool to sit. Had to sit on pavers. No shaded area around pool. No mop, vacuum cleaner or dustpan to keep floors clean No reply of phone calls and emails after arrival requesting assistance. No air con in third bedroom. No ceiling fans.

The photos did not do it justice. Everything was perfect from the instructions of where to collect the keys to the cleanliness of the entire appartments . Highly recommend this property
