We had a wonderful time at 250 Flamingo! While the FMB area is still pretty hard hit from hurricane Ian, this home was a lovely and peaceful oasis for our family. We’ve been coming here for years, so we did have to make some adjustments to our trip. Staying home & cooking more worked out for the better, the pool was great entertainment for the kids and the beach was nice and clear for us. We can’t wait to come back next year and experience this wonderful home again!

5 minute walk to beach access. Property as described. Very clean. Fully stocked. All instructions clear. Had to call for electric outage. Staff very helpful. Would stay here again.

I get that a hurricane came through. I really do understand that things are happening down there. But I couldn’t control that. I needed some kind of guidance on coming down from Indiana to the property and got no response 3 days before the hurricane hit until now. 10 days since first contact about procedure and no response. STILL. Very upsetting and I was looking forward to this trip. Couldn’t get a flight or rental car due to hurricane and company never responded about the house or if it was even still there. Disappointing

Beautiful and Pristine
This house is a beautiful updated home with a short walk to the beach . The private pool was perfect for the family to enjoy during the evening. This house has all the things you need from coolers , beach bags and an outdoor grill .

Spring breaker '22
House was clean, inviting & had all the necessities! Management company was extremely professional with quick responses. Loved morning coffee on the upper deck, enjoying the birds & morning sun. The beach was a close walk; wagon & beach chairs provided. Highly recommend.

The house was clean, a short walk to the beach and had everything we needed. Rental company was great to work with as well. We had an issue with the pool being too cold and they had someone out the same day to adjust the heater. I preferred this location further away from Times Square, but if you want to drive to that area it’s at least 50mins most of the day. Santini Plaza is a mile south and has some great restaurants and shopping though.

Great place for a family vacation
The house was clean, a short walk to the beach and had everything we needed. Rental company was great to work with as well. I preferred this location further away from Times Square, but if you want to drive to that area it’s at least 50mins most of the day. This is a beautiful, newer construction home. Everything is as advertised. The house was well equipped and comfortable. The pool is beautiful. A couple of comments: When we got there the grass was almost 2' tall around the pool- we called and they had the lawn service there later the same afternoon. If you bring your boat the biggest issue is the fact that you have to cross a swale that was full of water most of the time to get to the seawall. They should add some sort of "bridge" or gangplank to cross this so your feet don't get muddy. Also if you have a larger boat it might be challenging to get to the channel at low tide. NOTE: you do not get access to the garage or lower level of the home. Overall would definitely stay again!

First time in Ft Myers for us and this stay was amazing! Home was clean - had all we needed & a great pool! The beach is just a few minutes walk away and the home had a wagon & chairs to tote your things. We will be back!

We appreciated the quantity of towels and beach chairs available for use, including a sturdy wagon to bring all you need for a day at the beach. We highly recommend this property and will likely book again for next year!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and well equipped, and a short walk to the beach. There were several beach chairs available. Lots of towels and beach towels. The back porch is large with a fantastic view of the canal. Bring your bug spray if you want to sit out in the evening.

This home is beautiful. We stayed with 2 other couples and had plenty of room. The pool was awesome and we saw dolphins swimming In The channel on two separate days. The location is wonderful. On the southern end away from all the craziness but close enough to get there easily when we wanted to. Would definitely stay here again!!!

It’s a beautifully decorated house that was very clean the beds were comfortable everything in the house worked and we had everything we needed The only thing lacking was some beach chairs and pool floats would have been nice to have Its a very nice neighborhood and a short walk to beach access I would definitely stat there again
