Everything was as advertised! Very clean, well appointed with everything you need (beach chairs, towels, kitchen items, etc). Short walk to restaurants, shops, and the beach.

Charming place to stay. Close to the beach and surrounding restaurants. The pool was very nice.

Great location, close to beach acccess, restaurants. And bus pickups! If you didn’t want to rent a vehicle and ok with using the trolley bus to get up and down the island and stores/ Conquina Beaches you can get around easily without a vehicle! To get to and fro airport would probably need to get and Uber … but can be done! I would recommend this place for a couple - with children would be tight quarters!

We were very comfortable here. Enjoyed being so close to beach and many restaurants ( 3-minute walk) but on a quiet street.

Nice place and was able to extend stay last minute when flight was delayed. Close walking distance to everything we wanted to do.

Convenient to everything , clean and quiet

Had a great time at this little place, it was very clean and just enough space for two. The pool was a lovely addition, it was very clean. The owner also included a beach umbrella a trolley and chairs for the beach and a small cooler.

First the negative. Check in was a little frustrating, the door lock box might be running out of battery. Sometimes took up to 5 inputs to get to open. Freezer smelled like fish, I mean BAD FISH...no way cleaners did not know this when cleaning prior to our arrival. I spent the first 30 min cleaning freezer..and I purchased baking soda to leave inside. Our feet were black after walking on the floor for a couple hours...again, purchased wet Swiffer pads (swiffer in closet) and cleaned the floors, they were awful. Behind bathroom door and toilet, dirty. Replaced the HVAC filter, almost black with dust and dirt and clearly hadn't been changed in a very, very long time. Its the first thing you see when opening utility closet for beach chairs and extra towels. Immediately noticed that unit was more efficient after doing so. I am in no way a clean freak and I KNOW these properties are not new, but basic cleanliness and maintaintanance are what I expect, and am paying for. I don't know how often the owners get down to see their property, but they need to get onto the management company that is responsible for keeping it clean and maintained. The positive...wonderful location, close to restaurants, shopping and the perfect beach access. Units were full, but people very respectful of sharing the small pool, and being mindful of noise as the pool is steps away from your door. Plenty of towels (beach and bath) and kitchen well stocked for preparing meals. We try to leave our VRBO properties just as we found them, but in this case I think we left it better than we found it, lol.

All perfect except AC extremely loud and functioning poorly. Was cool enough but the other unit next to this one was quiet and worked perfectly The unit is great and pool oasis is beautiful. Love location.

Close to beach, food and bridge street. We had the best time. Loved having to pool to swim in. Everything was perfect. Thanks for sharing your property with us.

If you are considering booking this property, do it! Such a great value. 5 minute walk to an uncrowded beach, 5 minute walk to the shops on Bridge Street, beautiful sunsets! Super easy check-in and check-out. Parking spot is 10 feet from the front door so you can load-in and load-out in minutes. No hauling all of your stuff up stairs or elevators. The pool was great! Clean, updated and well-maintained and usually very few others using the pool. The pool deck furniture looks brand new and is very comfortable. This is the best value for a vacation rental that we have seen. The hide-a-bed couch needs updated. It is dingy and worn out but my 7 year-old was okay on it. I would've been miserable sleeping on it. The coin-operated washer was inoperable from day one until day five. We notified management immediately but they did get it working eventually. There is a laundromat 2 blocks away though. You can get by without a vehicle as everything is a short walk away. We had a golf cart rented for the week. It was fun and convenient but you can do without one. We would stay here again considering the value. The other reviews sold us on it and it didn't disappoint for the price. This was our first time to AMI and we will be back! Hopefully the red tide will not be joining us next time.

This property was beautiful little tropical Oasis in the back by the pool . Beds extremely comfortable love the place supplied linens for beds and towels alot of rentals don't do that. So thankful to the owners who accommodated us with a free rental because of a miss hap in the kitchen day before we got there. Our whole family would love to come back and rent the whole place if that's possible there's usually 14 to 18 of us. Walking distance to literally everything from shopping to bars to restaurant and the beach. We ate out every meal and all food was fantastic. Thank you again to the owners for being so kind and generous 😁🌴 will definitely return.

This property was was amazing, clean and perfectly located. Loved the heated pool and the gas grill and all the convenience’s of home. Can’t wait to come back.

Really cute place for my husband and I to spend the week very close to the beach and restaurants! Highly recommend.
