Great place for more than one family who want to stay together. (Siblings or friends who each have a spouse and child). Spacious rooms, nice entertainment setup. Pool and nice backyard.

This house is exceptionally well appointed - they truly thought of everything guests might need during their stay. The pool in the back makes it a great option for a family with kids - and the hosts provided all sorts of pool toys for enjoying it.
The house itself is full of light with many skylights - I kept thinking I needed to turn the lights off, but it was just the sun! There are many amenities to enjoy, no matter which way your interests go. We made great use of the TV in the great room, but they also have an ample supply of games for a family. The hosts also provided great suggestions for things to do and places to eat - we took advantage of many of those suggestions. All in all - a terrific stay at a terrific place!

Our family had a very last minute change in plans. The host was incredibly helpful and accommodating! The house and yard are beautiful- very accurate with description. You will find this house stocked with everything you need and many thoughtful extras. The host is local and helps with any questions you may have. I highly recommend this home.

Great visit/reunion with old friends. Location is fantastic - very close to numerous restaurants, state park, hiking and biking trails. Home is completely furnished with anything you might need. Owners are very helpful.

Owners we amazing with communication and instructions. The best we have encountered. House was very clean, very well stocked. There was a greeting basket waiting with treats and water and ice tea to start our stay. Close to all kinds of shopping, good restaurants and wonderful hiking and golfing. Good stay

This place is a gem. The hosts were communicative and have special property here. Well appointed, very clean, conveniently located with grocery stores, drugstores and restaurants within easy driving distance. I highly recommend and will likely stay there on my next visit if it is available!

We had a very positive experience, the property was described accurately. Nice neighborhood, beautiful backyard with pool and fire pit, clean and spacious house with everything you would need provided and a friendly owner. We enjoyed the entire stay.

Very nice house. Was exceptionally clean and well organized. Had all of the things you would need for an enjoyable stay. Pool area was excellent along with a covered patio. Great place to enjoy family! Neighborhood was very nice and located close to many shops, restaurants, etc. Definitely would stay here again. Highly recommended. Definite 5 star.

The property was outstanding. The owners were able to get us in for a little over a weeks stay in one day. This was extremely important as we had a death in the family on Saturday the 14th. We will be using this property again.

The location is in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful mountain views everywhere you look. There is a nice trail network adjacent to the neighborhood that allows for easy trail running/walking. The outside pool and pergola/sofa were just perfect to enjoy the sunny afternoons after long morning hikes in the surrounding mountain parks. The inside of this home has everything you could possibly need for cooking full meals and relaxing around a warm fire in the early morning or late evening. Pat was excellent with communication and generous with his time providing recommendations and ensuring anything we could possibly need was addressed during our stay. We definitely plan on returning for another stay.

Casa Serenidad has all three. It is very centrally located near Splendido and close to many restaurants and grocery stores. My kids were able to have their own bedrooms and enjoy the pool. The kids asked if we could take the pool home with us, and from day one started talking about how great it would be to move to Arizona! I highly recommend Casa Serenidad. Lovely Home
We enjoyed staying at this lovely home, which was very comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood with incredible vistas of the Catalina Mountains. The location was also a short distance from stores, restaurants, and various hiking and walking trails. The hosts were very accommodating and made us feel at home upon our arrival. I highly recommend this property.

We had a problem with one of the showers one morning, contacted the owner and it was fixed later that day. Pat is a great host, quick to answer questions and gave great suggestions to help us make the most of our visit. We will stay here again when we find ourselves in Tucson again!

A Gem
We have stayed in many VRBOs in Tucson and elsewhere and this ranks among the best. The house is immaculate. Everything is well organized and labeled. Pat has put together a great notebook about how everything works in the house. The kitchen was well stocked and even had an air fryer! The outdoor area was small but lovely- the pool water was too chilly for our visit but we enjoyed evenings around the fire pit.The neighborhood is quiet and very close to shopping as well as golf courses and an aquatic center. We stayed there a week with our children and grandchildren and all felt right at home! Pat was very responsive and welcomed us with a nice gift basket.

The check-in process was really smooth. The owner had great communication and was really easy to work with. The home is clean, kitchen well stocked, and the backyard is really nice. The neighborhood is really quiet and there are a lot of walking trails nearby. Great location for a relaxing weekend getaway!
