Nothing.. but if incase you are in the trap.. order from the restaurant. They are good.

The hotel manager was not a good guy. He is always keen of making money. Always looking to grab your money. That guy doesn't understand English or Hindi.. and always try to say.. he need money.. My booking was for 1200 they asked me to pay 2400. Double of what was promised. The girl on the reception was good but the guy who stands there is the shrewd one.. he may steal money also.. beware!!!

Worst exprience ever.even the staff s are not supportive.worst hotel in visakhapatnam.

Staff behave very rudely.actually I want suit against the hotel.bt I have no time to go for such complicated situation .I will never visit spar grand in my life

Room Service could've been better. To get a thing done you have to call 3 to 4 times at least.

The restaurant was good , which was part of the hotel. Food was hot and fresh. The staff of the restaurant were good and friendly surprisingly. P. S. - The food was very spicy and had too much of masalas. It was best suited for the locals and also, we had a lot of problems afterwards like vomiting and loose motions.

Dear Team, I would like to inform you that, the explanation the hotel property has given you regarding the extra charges, as per the country, it always comes in the entire package and is not charged separately. I am from the Asian continent and belong to India. This rule applies to all the states of India. Except when we go to restaurants or shopping malls, that is when we pay gst.  Tarrif per night for India's hotel rooms with INR 1000- 2499.99  would be 12% gst . The room we got is worth INR 500/- only but we paid almost 4 times extra for it. Also , I would like to highlight few more points over here. 1) We booked for one deluxe room with 2 large double beds. Hotel property did not have anything like what I saw on the websites picture. When I questioned them their reply was " these pictures are old" , " we don't have any such rooms here". Still as I had booked a place and I came from  far, so indeed I was very tired. I thought of checking the rooms myself. Honestly I wasn't satisfied with any of the rooms in any of the floor but I had to choose one and my parents were also coming to join me. After making the decision I selected four bunk beds as due to that each one will have their own bed but the room is so compact that all of us every  now and then got banged against the corner of the bunk beds. Not much space in the rooms. Be it our room or the other rooms in the property. The other hotels which are lined up across the road in a chain they have the room prices ranging from rupees 500/- to 800/- and we booked through booking.com our rooms were more than 1700/- even though we never got our desired room we were still charged more than rupees 1700/- for the room per day. 2) Hotel property does not have basic amenities like a water heating kettle, microwave and the toiletries that we were supposed to get on a daily basis, so we never got them daily.
