This was a lovely cottage in a quaint fishing village. You can tell the owners, Carl and Rhea take great care of their property. They were very helpful with suggestions of places to see and eat in the area. It's location and views were just perfect...It was everything we could have hoped for.

This was the perfect location: views in every direction without even leaving the cottage, a national park just steps away with breathtaking views, a variety of trails, a 1 min walk to the beach. A nice long stretch of beach to walk on, heading toward the red cliffs of Cavendish Beach. A wonderful multi-purpose trail leading to Cavendish Duneslands. (Be sure to check out the National Park Listings for Cavendish Beaches and the Dunesland). On the harbor side, we enjoyed a picturesque boardwalk, and the company of more great blue heron's than we've ever seen. The Cottage was sparkling clean, comfortable, beautiful and well- equipped -- allowing us to prepare fabulous meals to take advantage of fresh-caught local seafood. Host, Carl, met us at the property and gave us a very thorough orientation to the cottage, the area, the restaurants, the "don't miss" opportunities, and he was readily available to answer any questions. We had picture perfect weather. While the dates of our visit put us solidly in the shoulder season -- meaning many venues or attractions had closed for the season -- we also felt like we had the area to ourselves. No crowds, friendly locals, and the restaurants that were open (just a short walk across the road) were excellent. We would definitely (and happily) book this property again should our travels bring us back to the lovely Prince Edward Island. Thank you Carl & Rhea for a wonderful experience. -- Dave & Laura

Quaint cottage, idyllic location. Close proximity to beach, walking paths, bike paths & great eateries. Cottage was very clean, well stocked. Look forward to a return visit! 5star!

Very enjoyable

The cottage is so clean and fully equipped with exceptional views from all sides. Loved the quick walk to the beautiful and quiet beach and easy access to restaurants. Great stay, highly recommend!

I can't imagine a better place to stay to enjoy PEI national park beaches, Cavendish, or great seafood at the cottage or in the excellent restaurants nearby. The perfect place with everything you need for a relaxing and memorable vacation! Hosts Carl and Rhea were wonderful and helpful.

My wife and I were overwhelmed by the location, the cleanliness and the convenience of the cottage. Beyond that, Rhea and Carl were the best hosts we have ever encountered on VRBO Carl greeted us at the cottage and we realized how affable he is He made us feel so comfortable in a very cozy environment. Rhea, a real joy, was constantly in touch with us to make sure we had everything we needed

We are returning guests at this amazing cottage! The owners are forward thinking, kind, caring, respectful, helpful and discreet. A gem of a cottage in the centre of this tiny community. We walked the beach, the boardwalk, the village everyday. We only got in the car to explore a field on a rainy day. We will absolutely book again!
