Location was great. Lots of snow fall and the plowing of the driveway was great. No problems with the living space.

We were concerned that the water level in the hot tub low and messaged Vacasa....and they contacted us two days later - after we had left.

Talking with the owner. Lack of cleanliness, beds, and tvs that were not up to par.

It was very cold when we arrived and the thermostat on the first floor was confusing to operate. the heat on the second floor was great. the address was not easily located because it said timm st but google maps sent us elsewhere. The cleaning fee seems excessive as we only stayed 2 nights, cleaned all our dishes and took out our own trash. I left an item behind and was told there was another fee to look for it. why wouldn’t that be covered in the excessive cleaning fee?? I would rate higher if my item is successfully returned, but I haven’t heard yet if they picked it ip.

Everything was as described and the piano was almost in tune for an added bonus

perhaps more space to put out towels and refreshments by the hot tub? a suggestion not a complaint.
