This rental was great for a family gathering! Plenty of space and everything we needed for our stay!

We loved our stay at this house. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The house was close enough to the beaches yet far enough away for peaceful nights.

The property was nice but the air conditioning vents need cleaned and the filter changed. Almost everyone had stuffy noses from allergies. Location was great and we had a wonderful time.

Overall this location was great! The community is quiet, everyone is friendly and there are lots of dogs. From this location your able to access many of the MD & DE beaches leaving you with many choices if your staying for a week or longer. Back porch was a delight, bedrooms were spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. Home is well suited for a large family.
However, the house wasn't thoroughly cleaned when we arrived. From a first glance yes, but as we started to settle into the property we found hair on the sheets and bathrooms somewhat clean. However the property manager was quick to respond, they offered to clean again while we were there, but we just opted for clean linen for all the bedrooms. We had wiFi problems and they sent someone out to fix within 24 hrs.

We have stayed at various properties in Bear Trap over the years and this one didn't disappoint. It was very clean and comfortable. One slight oddity is that it appears a new floor was put down which resulted in a little bump as you enter the kitchen area. Once we got used to not tripping over that, everything was great.

This house has everything you need for an enjoyable stay! The kitchen is very well equipped, beds are comfortable, plenty of open living space, and beautiful views of the golf course. When we arrived, the house was very clean and the Vacasa app made check in and check out very easy!

Overall the property was a good fit with the exception of the bathroom situation on the second floor. There were 2 bedrooms that shared a Jack and Jill bathroom. The third bedroom had no direct access to a bathroom without going through another bedroom.

Nice amount of space and comfortable but the ceiling fans and vents were FILTHY. Easily fixed. As well, it needs some updating - the dishwasher is barely functioning and the guest bath toilet ran the entire time. Small changes and I would rent again.

The kitchen was well stocked, there were tons of kids things (table, chair, sand buckets, pool noodles), as well as a beach cart, and an extra fridge/freezer in the garage. The screened in porch was great and we made good use of the grill. Everything was clean and everyone had their own space. Would definitely come back and recommend to all my friends!

The layout was wonderful for indoor and outdoor fun. The house was very clean and well-stocked. No disappointments. We event used the indoor pool at the clubhouse for two days and spent a few hours down at Bethany Beach boardwalk and shops.

The carpet was stained and very dirty. I'm assuming it was vacuumed, but it was very stained and soiled.

The home was spacious, clean and well proportioned for our group of 14. We had a lovely time.

Great house
We had two families stay there for the holidays. There was plenty of space and lots of beds. The bathroom sizes were a bit uneven - one master with plenty of space, the other master-like room was much smaller. The house was in good shape, kitchen very usable with well-stocked dishes and cookware. Convenient location, beautiful view of the golf course! And the owners/managers were very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this spot!

Beautiful house
The perfect house to host Thanksgiving for our family of 12. The house had plenty of kitchen supplies and room to host a wonderful weekend with our family. The only downfall for us was sleeping arrangements ( plenty of beds but could have used another queen bed)I would definitely recommend this house.
