On first arrival there is a parking garage that was easy and safe to leave my vehicle. It’s a short 1-2 minute walk to the property. I felt completely safe my whole trip. The area is well kept and very clean. Upon entering the apartment it was a beautiful space. Awesome layout and the attention to detail. Very comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms. Lots of space! I will definitely stay here again, and again!

Sextant place has beautiful decor, very clean & located nicely off the beaten path. Pictures do this place no justice. Nice walk/uber will take you to all the spots NOLA is known for through the French Quarter with a return to your very own peace. The space had plenty extra bed linen/ towels and a fully stocked kitchen, laundry soap for washer/dryer (another plus). The bed was extremely comfortable & king sized. A cozy space all around. Check in/check out process forward thinking; all done virtually in lobby and from living area of apartment. We will definitely be returning in the near future!

The location was excellent! It was walking distance to all the great restaurants, bars and shops and although minuets away from bourbon street it was a safe, secure building. Beautiful unit with all the necessary amenities. 5*. I'll definitely be back!!

This is an amazing place to stay while in N.O. Everything ran smoothly and the apartment is just a amazing as the pictures shows.

What a great spot! The building was well-maintained, clean, quiet and in a great location (with a convenient coffee shop two doors down!). Lots of natural light and the pictures were accurate to the unit. I would stay there again.
