Everything was great except entrance to the house was very steep for elderly people.

The house details were accurate, and the owner was very responsive. We had 13 adults in our group and there was plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed our stay. The house was well supplied, and we had everything we needed.

We had a great time staying at this property. This home was beautiful, quiet, and located off away from the tourism of Branson but yet still close enough to enjoy it when wanted. The home was well stocked, clean, and very functional for large families. It was mentioned multiple times by members of our family that, “this is where we want to stay every time.” We enjoyed it, and we will be back!

Upon entering the home we were very pleased with the amount of open concept space. Large living room with plenty of seating for our group of eleven. The large dining table also allowed us the sit together while playing games, enjoying a snack and enjoying our down time between shows. Large comfortable bedrooms with the right amount of bathrooms for a group of ladies. Overall the accommodations suited our needs to a T. Would recommend this home for comfort and cleanliness. All amenities were provided just like the listing stated. Thank you Andrew for making our stay very pleasing.

We had multiple families staying together for a soccer tournament and this was a wonderful find. Each family had their own space, but great gathering areas too. The host was so easy to work with and communicate with. I would book here again and highly recommend this home!

Everyone loved the pool. Plenty of room. We could of used a pot big enough for corn on the cob and a bench or chair in the bedroom to help get dressed .

Our family of 17 had a great weekend in Branson for my MIL’s 80th birthday! This house was spacious enough for our large group with plenty of beds, pullouts and bathrooms. We enjoyed the community pool and the extra large dining table. At one point we had a euchre game at one end and a game of Right, Left, Center at the other. We liked the peaceful location which was away from the hustle of Branson but just a short 10ish minute drive away. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay very much. Clean home. Had everything we needed. Very spacious. Close to attractions. Pools very nice. Neighborhood quiet. Andrew very responsive to email and requests. If you need a place for a lot of people, this is it! Thank you Andrew.

We had a little family reunion. The house really was perfect. The pictures show exactly as the house does. Each family has its own bedroom and bathroom, and the kids had the basement to themselves while the adults stayed upstairs. The kitchen was nice and roomy, multiple people could be fixing meals at the same time. The beds were so comfortable that everyone slept so good. It was great driving distance to Branson and into Hollister too. We would definitely stay here again.

It's a nice location. Close to the lake and not too far from he strip. It was fun. The pool was good, but one of them was closed the last day. There was some sewage that was draining the last 2 days we stayed there and it really stunk. The cleaning had a lot to be desired. There was trash under the beds and there was dust nearly everywhere. I walked over to the mantle to set up my Apple TV and had to wipe down the area because I did not want to get my device dirty. The beds were super hard. If you have back problems make sure you bring some padding. My wife and brother in law have back problems and it was very hard on them.
I really wanted to like this place, but between the sewage smell, uncomfortable beds, and lack of cleanliness, it was not going to happen.

The house is well maintained, well equipped and has plenty of space for our family of fifteen.
The location of the house is in the middle of everything. This was our second stay and we’re looking forward to our next.

We loved the house! Had everything we needed and more. Great location near the lake and not far from branson. The only suggestion we have would be to add some more seating in the living room - would be helpful for large groups. Great stay overall!

The home is very well maintained! Plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen was always filled with someone cooking. All the kids are already planning a return trip.

This property was exceptional. It was clean, nice location, not too far in the mountains, and close to all the attractions/restaurants. Andrew (the host) stayed in contact with us before and during our stay to see if we needed anything. Great customer service. We definitely felt welcomed in his rental home.

At one point, there were 21 of us, from ages 3-60, there for our family Thanksgiving/Christmas get together, which doesn't get to happen often. Plenty of space to accommodate us all; arcade game and foozball in the basement for entertainment was a fun bonus. More than enough room for the 14 of us who slept there. Close enough to Branson, yet out of the traffic zone. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. There were 12 of us, and we all had plenty of space. It was an easy walk to the pool/clubhouse area and close enough to all of the attractions. There was a grill which we used frequently and the kitchen was well stocked with items for cooking.
Our communication with the owner was great and he helped us solve a minor issue while staying there.
As others have noted, there is a steep incline into the house so not best if you have someone with mobility issues in your group.
Overall, we thought the house was very nice and look forward to going back.

This house was perfect for our family of 16. We enjoyed the fact it was close to downtown Branson and a marina where we rented a boat for the day. They had two community pools and a splash pad which everyone enjoyed. I would definitely recommend this property.

This house was amazing for our large group! The beds were comfortable. The pillows were a little flat but thankfully they had plenty of extras in case you like more support. Our favorite part was the deck in the back of the house where you could enjoy a meal and take in the fresh air. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great Location, and place to stay
We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean and our group had a great time. Our only complaint was the community pool closing so early. It shut down at 8:45 which seems early while on vacation.

Cousins Reunion
It was great. The basement bathroom door handle wouldn’t stay on. I’m thinking no one had let management know. Pool was nice. My favorite thing was the huge dining room table!

Friends New Years Get-Away
This property was perfect for 7 couples to get-away for a few days and celebrate New Years. Great that each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. Clean, nicely decorated and well stocked kitchen and other necessities. Great communication with property owner. Would definitely stay again with a large group.

Stayed here for our Christmas with our kids and grandkids. We liked that everyone had their own bathrooms and the king size beds. Plenty of room except living room was a little small with everyone in it. An extra couch upstairs would be a nice addition but overall a perfect house for our family vacation.

Fun family Thanksgiving
This property was perfect for our family of 17. Plenty of beds and lots of space to spread out. The kids also enjoyed the community playground. I also liked how quick and easy it was to access the highway to get to Hollister or Branson. Overall, it was a great family vacation.
