The view from this property was so beautiful that we often got take out and ate at the villa rather than at a restaurant. We discovered Fredrico's in Hanalei on our last night, highly recommend! It rained a lot during our stay but there were beautiful rainbows to enjoy from the villa. The location is perfect, close to many beaches, farmer's markets, dining, groceries, shopping, churches, etc. It was nice just going for walks too. Thank you, Jessica for letting us stay at such a wonderful place. 🌈

This is the perfect location on the North shore. Close to unbelievable beaches and great hikes. Only an hour from south shore exactly what we were looking for!

Having stayed in different areas of Kauai over the years, this was our first time on the north coast. We weren’t disappointed and couldn’t have chosen a better place than this villa! The views from every room were magnificent! Sunrises, sunsets, beaches and mountains - we had them all! Our stay here was amazing!

Expectations were high after reading the reviews and the property did not disappoint. Loved our time on the lanai overlooking Hanalei Bay, used the beach accesses to Hideaway and Hanalei and walked next door to the fabulous One Hotel for drinks and dinners. So happy we got to stay here!

Jessica was an excellent host. Her home was lovely, pleasant and exactly as advertised. We would be happy to stay there again on a return trip!

This villa was perfect for our family get away! I wish I had known how great it was as we would have stayed longer! The location was stunning, views of the ocean to one side and the valley on the other. It was nice and quiet but walking distance to the beach and a great walking/running trail right out the door. I loved eating breakfast on the Lanai looking out and Hanalei Bay every morning. The size of the bedrooms and bathrooms were great and we had tons of space for noir family. The kitchen was well appointed and all the extras were appreciated. Jessica was great to Communicate with and everything went very smoothly.

We loved spending time on the balcony enjoying the mountains, ocean, birds and trees. We also enjoyed having a balcony and view from the bedrooms. The kitchen was well-equipped to make meals for our family, and Jessica was easy to reach out to. We will definitely come back and stay here again.

Enjoyed the views over the valley from the balconies. You can hear the waves when the wind blows in the right direction. You don’t see the sun rise or set on the ocean as we are surrounded by mountains, but still beautiful. Cool night air was comfortable and no air conditioning was needed beyond the ceiling fans in each room.

The setting, with it’s views and location, can not be beat. The amenities were good. The only real complaint I have is that there are some inexpensive updates that REALLY need to be done. Please replace the worn out, rusty shower curtain and rod in the master bathroom. Also the bedding is very old. When I stripped the sheets at checkout the pillows were all stained and pretty disgusting. I have pictures if needed.

Great property for everything. Every day the amazing view was mesmerizing.

The location of this property is outstanding--perched over a beautiful forest with lots of birdsong and stunning views of Hanalei Bay. We loved that it was a single detached unit, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable for sleeping and lounging. We will aim to stay here again.

Not too bad but the area lawn maintenance for neighborhood golf resort starts at 5AM! The HOA has a legitimate complaint to stop that nonsense. Sue the bums!!!

The house was spacious and comfortable for our family of four. We loved the neighborhood and the views. We would love to come back again!

Our family spent 10 nights at villa #10 and it was perfect for our family and our vacation needs. The villa was located in a peaceful and beautiful location overlooking lush green foliage and the mountains in the distance. What an amazing sight to wake up to every morning( with the roosters crowing😊)! Jessica promptly responded and was very helpful to the messages I sent her before and during our stay. The villa was decorated very nicely and was very clean! We would definitely stay there again when we visit Kauai!

Location was perfect, views were amazing, and property was well equipped. We were worried about not having AC, but the breeze was nice and cooled down the room well at night. Would 10/10 recommend and would come back again.

The view of the forest and Hanalei Bay from the property's two lanais was breathtaking! We enjoyed the roosters and birds in the morning and stargazed every night. The furnishings inside the home were wonderful and included everything needed for our vacation. There is close access to many beaches. Hideaways Beach trail started right across the street (a challenging, unique trail but fun for us with the rails and roped that are there and the dry weather we experienced). I highly recommend this property!

Perfect place for our stay. Very clean. We appreciated the well equipped kitchen, deck with views, and comfortable beds. Perfect location for North Shore excursions, hikes, sunsets, and beaches. Host Jessica is kind and responsive.

It was a perfect location for us within walking to two great beaches. Nice walking paths in the neighborhood. Good kitchen - living room furniture not very comfortable but bedrooms good. Deck was awesome. It was worth the drive to escape the crowds in the south.

We stayed at this Villa for 3 nights and our only regret is not having booked it for longer. We loved the gorgeous views, the way the breeze crosses through the bedrooms (for the best night sleeps ever!) and the location that was super close to two beaches - both with the prettiest sunsets. We came here from the south side of the island where we stayed at a gorgeous resort with a fabulous pool for our kids (ages 8 and 5). And when we checked in here, I was a little nervous at first - thinking they might be bored without the pool and with the quiet that this area brings. But nope - this ended up being their favorite place to stay the whole trip (even including hotels we did first in Maui!). They looked forward to the sunsets, the family game nights each night (the villa comes packed with lots of great games!), and the beach explorations. Puu Poa was their favorite for the swing that was in the trees and they liked Hideaway Beach for snorkeling. We walked to both from this unit - steep declines, but it added to the fun! Location was close to both the Princeville town center and Hanalei Town. We drove to both, but I guess you could technically walk to Hanalei if you went to that Puu Poa beach and took the trail there that does eventually lead to the Bay. Overall, SUCH a great stay!

Wow, wow and wow. Everything about this house is beyond any words. The stunning Mountain View from the balcony is out of this world. The house itself is beautifully decorated and super clean. The location is incredibly convenient…4 minutes serve to Foodland and walking distance to the most beautiful beach you will every find. Don’t think twice, book this now ! I Hope to return in the very near future 😊
