It was clean but we had a problem with steps, we are a little bit old for steps

It was close to the Blue Lagoon restaurant and The Waffle House.
The fridge worked well.
We appreciated the aircon....was very hot.
Pool was dirty and could not be used.That was a feature that we wanted because of the Ecole situation with the beaches.
There was an electrical issue with the security gate, I was worried for our vehicle. We asked the maintenance guy for help but he said it wasnt part of his job to sort out. We had to manually open and close the gate.
Our toilet seat was loose and we had to ask for it to be secured.
There was a big bin outside the door by the kitchen and it stank so badly....it was horrible.
When it was loadshedding, the water also seemed to stop/run out
The gates are really rusty, had to be very careful not to get scratched or cut...my hubby is diabetic and cannot afford to get injured.
The room looked bigger in the pictures than it actually is.
The building needs a bit of a renovation. We didn't bother to take pictures here.

Steps lights needs to be approved it is dark at night. Just a changing of globes

More lights on the outside stairs would have been great - especially at night.
WiFi didn't work properly.
Was a little nervous with my car not being behind security gates, but it wasn't tampered with, so that was great.

Comfort, value for money, Air Con, close to the beach.
Stove plate tripped electricity. No dustbin in braai area.

The location and the apartment itself was awesome, right by the beach and had everything we needed.

The view from our balcony in unit 6 was amazing.
The room was much larger than we expected.
The catering facilities were brilliant.
There was no proper reception to make you feel welcome.

There was no iron in the room and the lady who is in charge for the room service was very rude to us.

The TV is big
The place looks neglected and need a seriuos revamp . The cockroaches are defenitely big . The towels were smelling rotten as well as linen . It is filthy . All the environment is dirty and not appealing at all . Once you get out of the shower you feel like you need to shower again . I will never go there again

Room was very clean, very comfy, had all the stuff you need. The view is stunning, great value for money
Exterior of the building needs a bit of TLC. Saw some maintenance going on so I think it's already being taken care of

Excellent location, close to restaurants, beach and walkways along the coast. The kitchen is small, but has everything one needs for a self-catering holiday. Good bed, comfortable furniture, air conditioning and outside braai.
Wifi is not reliable. If wifi and stable internet access is important to you, you should look for alternatives. We had adequate wifi to check emails and WhatsApp.
