We loved the location, the newness of the property and the homely feel. We were also delighted to see there was a box of chocolates and other goodies left for us.

Location and house are all fine

When we arrived, the access code we wee given didn't work. We tried to contact the emergency number of Getaway Property Management and they were non responsive. We waited an hour and drove back to Melbourne for the night. They finally contacted us and confirmed that they had given us the wrong access code and that they would contact me on the Monday to refund the first nights accommodation. I have both called them and emailed them multiple times and each time they say someone will call me back and no-one does. That was almost a month ago. Missing one nights accommodation due to someone else's error and non-responsiveness is a very disappointing outcome for an otherwise nice weekend away.

It felt clean and homely with an easy walk down to the beach. Very nice space to share with other family members.

theres was no essential stuff like Salt and enough toilet paper and the even at 9.50pm the neighbours open lights and slammed door so we can be quiet when its still that early found that very wrong

We loved how clean it was and had everything we needed except for the pullout sofa wasn’t working.

This house is super clean, had everything you needed in the kitchen, very comfortable beds lots of room and a lovely outdoor area. I was also really impressed with the information provided on what to do in the area - this host has literally thought of everything. I would 100% stay again, it is one of the best places I have used on Booking.com.
