My family arrived with high expectations specifically based on the amount I paid.

The initial posting said 2 full baths, we thought both showers would be inside. The size is great and accommodated our group of 6 adults. I wouldn't want to spend a lot of time there, it is very dated. The biggest complaint were the bugs. There were bugs everywhere. Piles of dead bugs in the lights, dead bugs caked to the fans, and live ones thought-out the house.

Very clean, roomy property with plenty of parking. Quiet neighborhood and great outdoor space.

The house was lovely. Quiet neighborhood. Clean, safe, and spacious. There are no air conditioners but we knew that. They had plenty of fans and we lucked out on the weather mud-July. My gmom loved the house. There was cable, internet, and access to our Netflix which was great. Clean linens were provided. Nice backyard deck. Washer and dryer on site. Overall lovely property! Would definitely re-book.

This Edgartown road rental is a large open space in a quiet neighborhood well suited for a big family. The one drawback for us was that it was a drive to just about everywhere, nothing was within walking distance of the home.

Property management company was no help. We didn’t have heat. We didn’t have hot water. There is a 2ft hole in the ceiling of the lower bathroom. Upstairs shower and tub doesn’t function. All of the tv remote batteries were dead. The sliding doors are a death trap. Just don’t book this house.

While the house is not updated or fancy, had one broken, unusable shower, and a large hole in the ceiling of another bathroom, over all it was comfortable, clean, very spacious, more affordable than other options we found, in a great location and neighborhood, and was a wonderful spot for our vacation.

This is a nice house on a very natural lot with lots of bushes/trees in a quiet neighborhood and good location. You have use of a washer and dryer, which is nice, and the back porch is pretty secluded and nice. Kitchen is large and had most of everything we needed. Only negative was the upstairs shower is not working. Hopefully, it will be repaired by next season as everyone in the house has to share the master bedroom shower (or shower outside). We did receive a small credit for the inconvenience. House is spacious. Furnishings are in need of updating but are functional. We would stay here again.

There is no ac but the weather was beautiful so it wasn’t needed. Plenty of blankets, pillows and towels. Would definitely recommend and will probably come back next year and we have stayed at 4 other houses and we liked this one the best.

This house had the potential to be perfect for my group of friends while we were on Martha’s Vineyard for a wedding. Unfortunately, the downstairs bathroom had a huge hole in the ceiling and anytime anyone showered upstairs, water would pour into the downstairs bathroom. By the end of the weekend, there were a few inches of standing water on the floor. The hole in the ceiling was next to a light fixture, so for our safety we kept the light off, so this bathroom was just dark and extremely unsafe. We alerted the management team of this the moment we discovered it, and they didn’t really offer a solution except for some extra towels to put down - they weren’t going to do anything at all, but I had to ask for towels to try to soak up the water as a last resort. I know it sounds like I’m complaining a lot, but the towels they brought smelled like mildew and made the water entire house smell. The house was also full of mosquitos and spiders. We really appreciated the abundance of fans throughout the house, because we happened to be there when it was extremely hot. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again because the house clearly needs some maintenance and our communication with the management company was lackluster. I was told by one of the Vacasa staff that their manager would call me to discuss the issues in the house, but I never heard from anyone. I waited several days to leave this review just in case I could contribute something more positive after possibly speaking to someone at Vacasa, but I didn’t hear from anyone and I’m just super disappointed overall with our experience here.

Super location - quiet pretty street. Spacious and sunny place with large and warm outdoor shower. We had all we needed and the property managers were responsive. We’d be happy to return next year!

Our stay was wonderful! The communication with the property management was professional and friendly and welcoming. They let us know all about the house, the neighborhood, and even before we arrived on the ferry informed us that the property was ready, allowing for an early check in! We would definitely return again!
