Had a great time. Enjoyed all surroundings. Especially the beach. Very beautiful sunsets each evening. Looking forward to next trip.

Overall, it was an OK room, but the facility wasn't up to what we have come to expect from VRBO and there was constant daily construction (Very noisy) as it appears that the front entry (Completely supported by bracing and jack systems) made entry & exit challenging and they started banging and hammering every morning at exactly 8am. We finally decided to depart a day early and stayed at another hotel to get better rest and overall better experience.

Great location. This property is across the street to the beach and the building is connected to an ice cream shop and restaurant. I see myself staying at this location again. Best to book directly through VRBO.

Not up to my usual expectations for VRBO properties. I will use VRBO again just not this property

Perfect accomodations !!!

The place was nice the neighborhood perfect there are no safe in the room forgot my wallet when I checked out came back 15 minutes later my wallet with my IDs and credit cards was gone call sheriff's good luck I had to stay 3 hours and phone cancel all my credit cards get a police report to get to the airport to get the plane manager came but still the issue was not resolved please make sure you pick up your personal items because after you leave they're gone and nobody is responsible

We had a Great experience. The only recommendations would be to have better towels, a broom available to sweep the sand, and more than 1 role toilet paper in the room.

The manager of the property wasn't very helpful to us at all. We called him the first night there and he sent it to voice-mail. I then sent him a message letting him know our door wouldn't lock with the code they gave us. He explains to us that its probably because of the humidity down there. So what we just have to leave our door unlocked and our belongings unsafe because of the humidity. Then we couldn't get the cable to work most of the time we were in the room so we reached out to him about it and he just spoke to me like I was stupid. The stove they had in the room was disgusting it was very rusted out and it had looked like they tried covering the rust spots with foil paper. The parking is awful to you may have to park blocks away from your room because its parking for the beach as well. So the one night we had to park 2 blocks away and carry all of our stuff back to the room. You would think they would have a broom/dustpan in the room being on the beach but no chance. Oh and if you go there to stay make sure you bring your own toilet paper they only leave you exactly 1 roll.

It is a great location in “downtown “ Pass a Grille. The room photos are not accurate. It was clean. But the bathroom seems to be under rehab with some bare wallboard— not tiled or painted and a hole on the ceiling and wall near the bathroom sink. Little stove is quite old. Subpar dishes and pots. No dishwashing detergent. No chair to sit on to relax. Bedding did not include a mattress pad. Ick. Be aware that this studio apt is dark. If you can’t be outside this is not a place you would want to spend too much time inside.

Kitchen sink kept shutting off when you turned it on. No kitchen towels. Skillet had grease and food on it and was put away like that! Only had one fork. Mold under the kitchen sink where the dish drainer was. Mouse feces in the silverware drawer. Mirror in bathroom not clean. Paint drippings on floor that looked like dirt from where they painted the grout between the tiles. No broom or any way to sweep. Rust spots on the inside of the microwave. Not clean around the stove burners. 2 light bulbs burned out. Murphy bed would not stay up. Didn't think there was a top sheet on the bed because it was completely tucked under with the fitted sheet so I bought my own sheets to put on it. I would never recommend staying in this unit. It was very nasty. Evolve refunded all of my cleaning fee and 10% of the fee for staying there. They told me to get ahold of VRBO to let them know and I cannot figure any way of getting a hold of them besides leaving this review.

Disgusting & filthy condo. I hope the owners read this review! There so called "Property manager", Bob wanted to clean it after my sick, asthmatic 78 year old mom & arrived. I refused.! Mattress was atleast 15 years old. We did not sleep. Don't let the photos fool you. I chose not to post photos!

The bathroom was sub-standard. Shower had paint peelings. Space was so small could not move around. Both faucets leaked as soon a water was turned on. No pressure in shower head. Sink also had leaky faucets and rust. Entire bathroom reminded us of 1930s depression era. We showered in flip flops b/c we did not want to step on the floor. The bed was awful. Mattress was old and very uncomfortable. We were unsure if the cover was laundered or not. No extra blanket. Beach chairs were old and rusty. We left two days early b/c the bed was so uncomfortable and couldn't take the bathroom anymore. The whole experience was disappointing. Wondering if you go in person and check out listings before you post / list them. We were not only disappointed, but angry. We felt deceived by the pictures which did not go into detail about the bathroom accommodations.

Didn’t enjoy tv except for maybe an hour still with or connection. Attempted to contact spectrum numerous times with apparent incorrect info. Horrible WiFi that constantly disconnected. Couldn’t even have a conversation without losing signal. Water worked half the time. No dishwashing liquid nor bath gel. Cleaning crew tried to enter our room at 9:10 when checkout was 10:00 am!!!! Not very relaxing!!!
