Quite cul de sac and proximity to Walmart more a plus then a negative. Great layout and comfy home. Very new and very nice. Use of Garage was awesome for the winter gear. Would definitely stay again. Communication was awesome and easy check in and checkout. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your home.

This was a family ski trip. The first for our grandkids. Thy had a great experience on the slopes and the house gave us a great place to gather. The backyard is small, but the deck was nice. Walmart is handy but not a distraction. Great time was had by all!

We immediately realized the WiFi didn’t work and reported it. We were staying during Christmas and could not watch traditional Christmas movies or use devices. We were without WiFi the entire time with no one responding to the issue. The gas fireplace did not turn on and we couldn’t enjoy that as part of the amenities promised either. The day of Christmas we started cooking to find mouse droppings in the kitchen which resulted in us having to clean the entire kitchen with bleach to avoid sickness before we stared out holiday. The carpets weren’t vacuumed and there were cob webs through the home. Nightstands were dirty as well. Not a good stay at all. Would not recommend to anyone.

This was a FANTASTIC house. Wonderfully decorated, in a great location. All amenities were appreciated. The kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary tools (pots, pans, silverware, Keurig, coffee pot) and a lot of spices, which was greatly appreciated. Extra towels and sheets were nice too (we didn't use/need them but they are there). Living room set up is wonderful and there are two grills on the patio.

The space itself is great - plenty of space for our family of 6 plus a small dog. Everyone was comfortable in the rooms and the house is conveniently located near grocery shopping, while being just a short 5 minute drive downtown. However, the house is in dire need of a deep clean. As far as the indoor space - there were cobwebs in the upper windows and the window sills and blinds were quite dirty. You can also tell they likely only swiffer the hardwood floors, rather than mop, and they don't even take the time to move the trash bin while doing so. There was dust and grime around the bottom of the trash can. In addition, the tub drains seem to be considerably clogged as water pools heavily in the tub while you are taking a shower. Cosmetic cleaning was mostly done - clean towels and sheets, beds made, no trash. But even the shower walls in the master bathroom had hair from previous guests on the walls - in addition to some hair located in the freezer in the kitchen. On a positive note, I will add that the home is also very well stocked - plenty of towels, blankets, sheets, and kitchen items. Another bonus is that there IS a bbq grill on the deck which was not in the listing - pleasant surprise for us. But speaking of deck, the weeds are out of control in the yard. There is little to no care happening on the outside of the home - lots of cobwebs and nests of various sorts cover the eaves of the home. Our dog is small and did have a hard time navigating the weeds in the backyard as they were quite tall, even coming through the deck. House could really use a good power wash. Overall, my rating is a 3 because the home was well stocked, spacious and convenient. BUT- the cleanliness is much lower, probably a 1 or 2 rating. I hope that Vacasa or the owner see this and respond by deep cleaning it for future guests. My rating would have been higher if not for these issues.

We loved the floor plan, cleanliness and location!

The house is great. All the rooms seemed nice and the downstairs was spacious and comfortable. We rented the house because we brought the dogs and the property allowed our furry friends. We anticipated being able to enjoy the backyard a bit. When we arrived, the house itself was very clean, but the patio furniture was filthy and the backyard was only prickly weeds. So if being able to let dogs into the backyard is important, it’s not ideal. The house is away from the downtown area which was actually nice. It’s literally next to Walmart. It was easy to walk over if we needed something. The location is closer to more of the nicer restaurants in Pagosa Springs plus it was easy to access all the different areas of Colorado that made for easy day trips. Our check in was glitchy, they said they emailed me details but when we called because we didn’t have check in information they said the emails clearly hadn’t sent, but they hadn’t tried to call or text or contact us otherwise with them. The guy we talked to also went in and out of hearing and he claimed it was his faulty headphones, but he never just took them off to try to communicate with us. It was a bit odd and not very customer friendly. The house itself is great, the management company wasn’t ideal. The backyard and back patio were a disappointment for people and pets.
