As my title says, the apartment is modern very clean and makes for a comfortable stay. With security on site who patrol every hour (right through the night too) you are also reassured with regards to your safety. Access to the private beach where you can also purchase food and drinks means that you can stay on site if you don’t want to leave. Our host was super helpful prior to and during our stay, we were kept me informed with anything that may have impacted our stay and made to feel that we could make contact at anytime if necessary. The kitchen has all the necessary amenities for you to self cater as well as a washing machine and dryer. Internet access and three TV’s, means that you can also stay out of each others way if you are not all interested in watch the same thing. I had no issues with this property and would definitely return and recommend to friends and family.

The apartment and whole stay were awesome. We didn't meet our host Archa, but she made sure everything went smooth, sent all the details in email and answered quickly to our messages. The apartment is just as good as on the pictures, if not even better. It's one of the best equipped apartments I've been too, with all the necessary devices, tools, hygiene and support stuff. It also feels super safe as you're behind the ramp, and security officers (who are very kind) are patrolling regularly. The important info for the tourists is to read through the email Archa sends you after reservation as this is the only precise information on where the apartment is located. It may appear on the booking page that it's Main Road 402, but that number doesn't exist (it's actually an apartment number), and booking pin isn't really helping either. So, when instructing your driver on where you'd like to go - tell him/her to take you Ocho Rios Main Road until you see the sign for the Ocho Rios Carib Condominums, and take that left (about 2 mins drive east from the town centre). The only thing I'd say you could avoid is Ocho Rios town centre at Friday evening / night. Everyone's on the streets, everyone has their own agenda, it's really loud, hectic, busy and might be a bit of a turn off if you're looking for a laid back vacation. All in all, I would recommend this apartment 10/10. Have a great stay, everyone!

Apartment has seaview from the lounge, is in a security complex, the security guards are really friendly and helpful. Being located close to Ocho Rios town centre and between the main tourist attractions: Yaaman Adventures, White River and Mystic Mountain / Dunns River Falls, you could not ask for a better location. The apartment came with towels, beach towels and toiletries, as you would get in a hotel. Has a fully functional kitchen if you wish to eat in and washing machine so you don't have to pack as many clothes. The host was amazing, keen to ensure everything was fine. We genuinely could not have asked for anything more, we had an absolutely fantastic holiday and I can't recommend this apartment enough.

The only minor point I could make is having two single beds in the one bedroom would have allowed our teenage boys to share a bedroom rather than have one of them sleep on the sofabed in the lounge, which was still comfortable, he had no issues sleeping at night.

Of all the places we’ve have stayed while visiting beautiful Ja this is by far our favorite. definitely would recommend it anytime. Clean, comfortable, cozy and safe. Communication with Archa was so easy and she had everything prepared to our liking. exceptional experience and we are already planning our next trip there.

There is nothing I didn’t like about this place.

Breakfast is not included. However, Archa, the host was very attentive and detailed. She has a booklet with all the information you could think of. From the nearby restaurants she recommends, attractions, medical care facilities etc. The main road is a short walk outside of the property where we were able to find food and drinks to bring to the apartment. We were also able to find a COVID testing center a short walk from property. Security was also very friendly and helpful. I’d like to also add how detailed and attentive Archa was. From checking in on us to make sure we felt at home, safe or to see if we needed anything, to accommodating us as we arrived a little early, to the extra toiletries. We travel often and I can honestly say Archa is the best host we’ve ever had. I’m huge on details and she exceeded all my expectations. I will definitely stay here again. P.S the ocean views at the apartment were icing on the cake. Breathtaking.

Cleaness of the place and quite.. very friendly and professional staff..

When I booked it I was a bit worried because sometimes people put pictures up and when you get there it's different but I can tell you (this is one of the cleaness place I ever book )location very nice )staff very nice ,Big shout our to the security we met on the fist night he done everything so we could get to buy food very nice young man ... The manager is very professional always check to make sure you are OK and everything is OK. I have already recommended it to five of my friends back home ....I just did not want to leave today I enjoy every minute of my stay...

Salt and pepper at the location would have been nice. There was however coffee and tea.

I really enjoyed the view of the ocean from the porch. We enjoyed going to the beach comfortably from our apartment. All the things required for us to feel right at home was made available. We loved it. It was clean and especially the security guards were very helpful and professional .

Everything about this property was good.
