Первое и самое главное, это расположение, прямо в центре. Много лифтов. Хорошие апартаменты, хорошие кровати и бельё. Регулярная уборка, но убирают не качественно. Лифтов много, долго ожидать не приходится.в номере халаты и тапочки б/у. Вообще в одном здании и отель и апартаменты, в чем разница не очень понятно, есть предложения и по завышенным ценам, но по фото тоже самое.

Один ключ. Мало посуды. Нет сейфа. Здание построено совсем недавно, но уже присутствует ржавчина на перилах на балконе. На Бассейне отсутствует стекло на ограждении, на такой высоте не совсем приятно видеть такое. На этаже выше бассейна, вообще идёт стройка, валяется мусор. Лежаков мало, отдыхающих много, поэтому, если день солнечный, занимайте места пораньше. Отсутствует стиральная машинка. Такси у подъезда не рекомендую, обманывают, даже по счётчику включают повышенный тариф, лучше заранее узнать стоимость поездки. Ни в коем случае не берите рикшу, обманут. На рецепшн очереди, депозит 200 донгов, сохраняйте чек. Один раз проснулись от запаха курева, пришлось открыть балкон. Кстати сушить бельё не где.

The location is really great, you get views of the ocean and Vinpearl island directly in front. Night market is directly below from the apartment - really great!

Was super loud at nighttime - people karaoking early in the morning at 4-6am. And at nighttime, if there is events at the Sky Bar then it gets pretty noisy.

Location is good, easy access. Breakfast has lots of variety and delicious. Bread is great as well as coffee.

Lobby is a bit small, rather like a shopping mall reception instead of hotel。

The room was comfortable, beautiful and modern (looked exactly like the photos on booking). The view from the 28th floor was gorgeous. The bathroom was spacious and had a glass wall. It was wonderful to shower in the evening with the view of the city (you can pull down a shade over the glass for privacy when you need it). Housekeeping came every day and the staff spoke English. You can automatically set temperature in the room which is great so it doesn’t get too cold! I would recommend it.

The building is very big and there are not enough elevators. Around check out and check in time is really hard to get an elevator. You need to pay extra every time you visit the infinity pool. It’s a bit inconvenient but it’s definitely worth the experience!

As for the location, the surrounding accessibility and staff service were quite satisfactory. It was clean every day and the friendly response of the staff was good.

I made a reservation with the option to use the infinity pool in the description of the accommodation on Booking.com. However, the accommodation side was embarrassed by the information about the use of the infinity pool on the 40th floor and that a separate fee was applied, so I think it is necessary to explain this in detail. And a small complaint about the accommodation was the inconvenience of waiting for a long time because there were many restrictions on buildings A/B and floors when using the elevator.

the check in procedure was pretty quick and straightforward

there was some issue regarding housekeeping during my stay. my room wasn't cleaned on my second day staying there, eventhough i had put the (please clean button) before i went out for sightseeing the city. so around 4pm in the afternoon i came back to my room and was annoyed when i found out the room was left uncleaned. so i went back to the receptionist to ask this problem. and they said that i booked the apartment style room so i have to request housekeeping before leaving. if thats the case they should have told me in the beginning when i check in the hotel.
