We enjoyed our stay. Within walking distance to some bars and restaurants. Try out the Corporation bar and grill if you get a chance, it doesn't look like much from the outside but good food and friendly people. We didn't cook anything while we stayed here but they supplied coffee and basic kitchen needs. The apartment matched the photos minus the chair in the living room. It only had the couch and stools at the kitchen Island. Overall it was a great spot for us.

The place was stale and not very clean even after reaching out to customer support. The place had an infestation of fruit flies. Moreover, there was no hot water for the first 36 hours of the visit. The manager Lance did come and do something that helped with the hot water issue but it had to run for over 15 to 20 mins before it got hot. The place could be a really nice place to stay at if it was cleaner and the essentials worked well.

Excellent property. Well cared for. Fit and finish was quality. Furnishings well done and in good condition. Unit well designed. Staff friendly and helpful. Walking distance to French Quarter.

No chair in living space, multiple requests made to front desk, unresponsive. Handicap elevator did not work most of stay and had mobility impaired individual with us. No baking pans, no dish towels. Missing shelf in refrigerator, froze most vegetables placed in crisper. Cars not safe with valet parking on property. Best thing about apartment was location to conference center.

The room was very nice, with an odd odor (likely NOLA). The website was misleading a bit on the amenities; parking available doesn't mean it's part of the price (I now know). Several fees seemed to pop up after the room was booked. I'm not sure I'd do it again, but I did enjoy the room and the atmosphere once all the kinks got worked out.

There was a monitor with a virtual person upon check in. Very confusing how to valet.
Pictures eluded that there was a very cool rooftop common area with a bar/wine area. This was not the case. It looked like in the lobby they used to have wine, but it was removed. The actual rooms were fine and as pictured.

The Lola Sextant was superb! It satisfied everything we needed in a stay. Location was spot on and we achieved our goals for the ten and fifteen year old - eating their way through New Orleans. Would definitely consider staying again. Thinking would be great to bring girlfriends next time!!!!

I highly recommend this spot.
I highly recommend this spot. The surrounding area is mostly highway, but you can safely walk to the NO hot spots. There are some quickie eateries and bars mins away and a Walmart about 10mins away. The apartment housed 5 of us comfortably. Looking forward to my next stay.

The house was great - much bigger than perceived in the images. Very clean and concierge is availed 24/7. We had a door hinge break in the middle of our stay and they sent maintenance within an hour to fix the issue and gave one night free for the inconvenience - really great customer service. Would definitely stay here again if I'm visiting.

The Lola property was great. The room we stayed in looked very similar to the pictures. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to most things. We felt safe walking around. There are a few hours that parking spaces that are free in the back but if you can't snag one call the parking lot attendant and negotiate a prove with them. Overall it was a great stay!!

Very modern and cute! Such a great spot and the price was unbeatable! For the price, I was not expecting it to be as nice as it was! Everything was picture perfect and felt very luxurious! They had everything we needed. We were easily able to find parking nearby which was great since we had a rental car. We chose to walk a majority of our stay to help us walk off all the delicious food we ate! But the drive to the French Quarter is about 10 minutes, and the walk was about 20 minutes, both of which were not a problem for our group. Quiet and safe neighborhood, we walked home a couple of nights and it was very safe and well lit. The only issue we had (which probably had to do with the amount of rain we experienced while there or maybe the sheets weren't completely dry when the cleaning service exchanged them from the previous guests) was that the bedsheets felt a little humid, which made sleeping a little uncomfortable on some nights. They had a spare set of sheets but we didn't realize it until the last night we were there. Overall, super great experience! I loved it, and would definitely stay here again!
