Everything is good

This place was incredibly clean everything was like new. The bed was really comfortable and all facilities in excellent condition. We could walk to the shops and beach easily.

the location of the property it’s great , only five minutes driving from both Colva and Benaulim beach . The host was very nice and helpful and wifi was good .

cleaning should be more attentive and detailed as the price for the stay it’s not that low. We had a small issue however was promptly resolved . small suggestions: inspect in a very attentive way the room before checking in the guest ,details make the difference: inside the closet , garbage bin , balcony etc .

Reuben is an exceptional host that goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and nothing is too much. The property is spacious, very clean and well equipped with amenities and the beach nearby. we really enjoyed our stay here.

Location: within less than 5 minutes at Colva and Benaulim beach with a scooter or car. Restaurants are close too. Cleanliness: the room was clean and neat. Facilities: whatever you want can be arranged for you upon request. You don't have to go through the hustle and tussle yourself. They are making your stay as comfortable for you as possible. Staff: humble, corporative, and helpful staff. Value for money: you'll get more for what you pay for. So definitely a value for your money. Solo travel experience: as a solo traveler I felt safe at all times. The neighborhood is safe. Also, the property is secured.

Great location, only 15 min walk to the beach. Right opposite you will find a booze shop and the surrounding of the property was nicely decorated with beautiful green plants. Reuben and his caretaker Ramcharan are helpful if you need anything.

the ground floor where we stayed is spacious but could get some improvement done: basic amenities and no decoration, two big extra mattresses were just lying around. compared to the outside area and the structure of the house it looks a little poor. some decoration would be great. (there are two studio apartments on the first floor that we didn’t see)

The location of the villa is quite adequate if you want to visit South goa near Benaulim-Colva. The host was very attentive and helped with the requests that I had. The apartment was quite clean and lived up to my expectations for the short stay.

well maintained

The host is beyond amazing, the room decoration, the comfort of the room, the cleanliness, you can really feel once you get there, that nothing is left behind in order to enjoy your stay as much as possible. The location is good, (wine shop right in front 😉), beach and good restaurants around (on host recommendation). You sincerely feel that the host wants the best for you and he is ready to help for anything. We have been traveling in Asia for more than 4 months and I have to say that this has been one of our best accomodation so far. That is why we are going back after couple of days traveling in Goa.

The room I booked was comfortable and the host, Reuben very helpful. The nearest beach is within a 15-minute walk.

Made me feel like I was at home!

Nothing!

We were warmly welcomed, quickly placed. The room is clean, the air conditioning worked well. The place is quiet. The owner Ruben tried to help as much as possible.

The villa itself looks like it may have been grand in it's time. Room was a good size. Air Con worked well.

Location is not ideal with a 20 min walk along a busy, dangerous road to Colva Beach and the main town. Breakfast was more trouble than it was worth. Served in the room it appeared to be what was available than day. First day this dry toast (no butter or jam) and coffee. Next day an omelette and juice. Final day toast and jam. Room was not cleaned during our stay until we were readying to leave and then started to clean as we packed. Whilst the mattress was comfortable, only one pillow each and a hard headboard meant the bed was not great to relax in. The villa does not have a reception meaning that with any query there is a barrier of finding staff that do not speak English who then call the manager to get back to you. Certainly not a 'luxury' room, let down further by being badly managed.

The night before my arrival, the owner - Reuben - wrote me a message on whatsapp to establish contact and check what time I would arrive. From that point, we were frequently in contact for any concerns or questions I had. He helped me with transport, recommendations for restaurants, scenic spots, renting a scooter etc. Furthermore, we had a few long talks and Reuben is really interested in connecting with people. He is genuinely interested and exceptionally kind. I also had the pleasure of meeting Reuben's father. An equally kind, helpful and upstanding man. Definitely highly recommend staying here!

There is nothing I didn't like. If you're looking for a quiet place close to nice beaches with a homely atmosphere, this is the place to go.

This is definitely the best place you can stay in Goa. The beach is very close to the location, there are a lot of places to eat. The host is like the most helpful and friendly person I've met during my 1 month stay in India. Definitely 100% recommend this place.

If I even wanted to find any issues, I would have found none.

Such a wonderful stay, a calm and peaceful place, Really close to nearby beaches. We were here for two days , the host is so friendly and helpful. Wifi is fast, drinking water is available. The room is really clean and cozy. 24x7 a care taker is available.
