Very basis no on site facilities for food or drinks
3.0
Nothing except for the staff who really prepared to help. The hotel is dirty and having very dirty carpet.
The should close the hotel and refurbish to better standard.
4.0
Position, helpful staff on arrival, clean.
No hot water, peeling walls, smell of cannabis in the hallway, noisy neighbours, faff to pay for room, tv channels freezing constantly, room cold with only small radiator to plug in

Nothing
Absolutely nothing in the room tea tree on the floor. Nothing at all like the pictures in the ad. Had to pay £50 deposit against breakages.
And there was nothing in the room to break. What's told no drinking in my room even though there was no bar there. the manager said it was because the owner was a Muslim Paid prior before I got there.
Try to cancel when I got there when I seen the room.
And he said I will be charged anyway. the manager said
you can't stay another day even if you want to because the asylum seekers are in tomorrow. I can see why the government are sending them there, because they would take one look at that place and prefer it at home. It was £45 I could have stayed at the Travelodge for £37. But as I say they won't refund me.
5.0
Free undercover parking, central location, plenty of hot water
Where to start!?
1/ It's a building site (see pics). They are trying to renovate without closing
2/ AFTER taking your room payment they hit you with a £50 deposit requirement. Irritating on several levels a/ the deposit was more than the room b/ I could have replaced all the crap furniture in my room for less!
3/They also required picture ID. If you don't have a driving licence (I know plenty of people who do n't) and your a British traveller travelling in the UK you wouldn't have your passport with you..
4/ Despite booking on Booking.com they hit me with a SEVEN page registration form, including a "rental agreement", which had to be completed prior to check-in. I suggest they worry more about the property and less about this nonsense.
5/ On checking in I was told that "the owners insist on no alcohol in the rooms" What?! I
don't drink, but come on, this smacks of 1950s seaside landladies.
6/ It wasn't that cheap. I spend about 100 nights a year in hotels and on both the night before and night after I stayed in much nicer properties for less.

The only good thing about the hotel was the location.
The hotel is old and smelly. The noise was awful. I had to check out earlier than planned.

the pictures of the rooms on the website are NOT a true reflection of what you get
being refurbished which didn’t mention on site, awful rooms
could be a beautiful hotel with some tlc
rooms were awful, broken furniture, outdated dirty bathroom
who has to leave a cash deposit in a hotel nowadays???

nothing
it was disgusting I wouldn’t let my dog sleep there staff was rude refused to refund I wouldn’t even have this place on booking.com the dirtiest place I’ve ever seen

Nothing
Room not cleaned during my stay, tea/coffee not refilled. The shower was extremely poor and the rooms dingy and needing a major refurbishment. Also the £50 deposit is an absolute joke has rooms haven’t had £50 spent on them in the last 10 years.

the location in the centre of town was perfect. I had a back room which was very quiet.
It needs a bit of TLC but according to management they are in the process of renovating.
