The property owner communicated right after I had booked the stay with information about places to eat and places to go. That really helped on our itinerary planning. The beds and the furniture was really comfortable. The meaning of staying in a home away from home. Well this was the place. From the decor to the amenities it was amazing. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone. The owner even called after our stay to check on our stay. That was exceptional. That added the best personal touch. Thank you Rosa☺️

Condo is wonderful! We found everything that we needed for a week long stay and the owner was fabulous. Very responsive to any questions and went out of their way to make it a great stay for us. Will definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed the condo, it had the perfect furniture for a family! We especially enjoyed the dining room table that sat all 6 of us. The pool is just across the street and no hiking up and down stairs needed to access it! Almost all amenities were provided by the host, except some cleaning supplies. There was not a sufficient amount of dishwasher soap or laundry soap provided for the length of our stay. We also struggled to find blankets for our son who slept on the pull out couch. These were all remedied by a quick trip to the store just a couple minutes down the street. Tasty seafood restuarant right across the bridge, but be sure to get there before rush hour dinner time! We will definitely be considering staying here again because the cleanliness, decor, views, location, and other accommodations were so wonderful!!

The condo is absolutely beautiful, clean and comfy. We really felt at home while here. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, the lake and the hot tub. We would highly recommend this property. Even our teens enjoyed staying here.

Condo was clean and very well organized. Everything is labeled to be easily located and returned to proper spots. Close to everything. Lake view and having access to a pool and hot tub is a huge plus for our family! Would definitely stay here again.

This condo was amazing. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect too because it was on the lake but not too far from the several attractions. Rosa was very responsive and very helpful. This is a 10 out of a 10.

The kitchen is well equipped and had everything that we needed to prepare/enjoy our meals. The hosts were easy to reach via text and responded promptly. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo was by far the nicest and cleanest VRBO I've stayed in. The quality of everything in the home was wonderful from the furniture to the towels, to the kitchen utensils. The owner was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Very thankful to have chosen this property and will be looking for it again next time we visit the area.

The Perfect Condo
This condo was by far the nicest and cleanest VRBO I've stayed in. The quality of everything in the home was wonderful from the furniture to the towels, to the kitchen utensils. The owner was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Very thankful to have chosen this property and will be looking for it again next time we visit the area.

Only complaint is Beds are too high. Should add note to your site.-beds may not be suitable for senior citizens. One not safe at all for senior citizen. Otherwise - Great Property!

Would have called this an unobstructed lake view. The view was of parking lot and other condos, with slivers of the lake peeking through. When we did get down to the doc it was clear that swimming was not much of an option as the dock didn't have a ladder.
The home was furnished beautifully, has plush beds, and the records were a nice touch. The pool was warm and close. If we weren't expecting to have a lakefront condo (because of the direct advertising) we would have been happy. Unfortunately we were looking for a true lakefront property, so we ended up finding something different. We noticed that evolve had a zero refund policy and decided that we would rather pay the extra for what we actually wanted. If you are ok with obstructed lake view, and rather looking at parking lot, other condos, the main gate then this would be great for you.

This is a very nice, clean, up to date condo. Easy access to Hot Springs, Fisherman Warf and grocery store.
Everything available that you’d need in the kitchen. Plenty of room for cooking and gathering family and friends.
This condo is sitting back from the lake, so you don’t see much of Lake Hamilton, but you can see the mountains from the balcony.
The people were nice and friendly.
I’d definitely recommend this condo as a place to stay.

4th of July Excursion
My family and I traveled to Lake Hamilton for the first time for the 4th of July holiday weekend. We booked this unit mainly because of the fact that it was close to our friends' house. It turned out to be one of the best experiences of our holiday. The apartment is cozy and clean with lakeside decorations. The beds and the linens were some of the best I have ever had the pleasure of sleeping on. The unit is newly remodeled with all new appliances. The showers are great. The owners were incredibly kind and accommodating. We truly enjoyed our time there and will certainly go back to the same unit the next time we plan a trip to Hot Springs.

This is a very nice, clean, up to date condo. Easy access to Hot Springs, Fisherman Warf and grocery store.
Everything available that you’d need in the kitchen. Plenty of room for cooking and gathering family and friends.
This condo is sitting back from the lake, so you don’t see much of Lake Hamilton, but you can see the mountains from the balcony.
The people were nice and friendly.
I’d definitely recommend this condo as a place to stay.
