We really enjoyed staying at this house! We stayed here for the second half of our family vacation (my family of three including my 18 month old, plus my adult brother and parents). It was comfortable, welcoming, and I loved that the decor was bright and unique. The property had pretty much everything we could have possibly needed including toiletries, towels, all the beach essentials including a wagon for transport, and even children’s plates, cups, a high chair and pack and play! This was so nice to know in advance and made packing for our little one way less stressful. They also have some board games and a variety of options for tv and a Roku. The outside area is beautiful, with plenty of seating- both for lounging and eating. Pool was a comfortable warm and very clean. The inside of the home was also clean and tidy, and beds were comfortable. A bonus was having 2 bikes to ride, which my dad and brother enjoyed. The area/location is also great- the neighborhood is nice and there is a playground less than a block away which was so great for my son- good for a variety of ages! There is a nature walk there as well. In the other direction, several shops and restaurants are just a few blocks away. We found a lot of our favorite places/restaurants a very short drive (3-5 mins) away. Overall, would highly recommend this place, and we would come back!!

The house has everything you could need and more in amenities and items left for guest use, like dishtabs/laundry detergent etc. and so much more. The yard is an absolute haven - a great pool and lovely landscaping, seating and lighting that make this the perfect space for evening relaxation or a pool day. We adored this home and would highly recommend it - we hope to return!

We loved our stay here. The house was absolutely beautiful, well stocked with everything you could need, and in a great location. She's given so much attention to detail and it shows.

This house is in a great location with just a short walk to Indian Rocks Beach. There are also restaurants within walking distance. The house is 3 bedrooms/2 bath with a pullout sofa in the living room. The house has everything you need and is in a quiet neighborhood. Communication was very quick and the check in was super easy. The pool was great and bigger than the pictures made it seem. Loved the pool and pool area. If you're looking for a good place to stay with a nice pool and close to the beach (also only 15-20 minutes from Clearwater Beach), then this is the place. We fit 7 comfortably - 5 adults and 2 older teens. We also had plenty of items to take to the beach. If you're looking at renting, one thing I would advise you to consider is if you have some elderly guests, there are a couple of step ups/downs in the house that make really easy trip hazards. Even with a "younger" group of people, it caused a few of us to trip as they're easy to forget and not look at as you move from rooms. The a/c worked well, which is good to know in advance in my opinion. There are a few minor maintenance items that could be addressed (light in the main shower area, some outdated outlets, pool area/tile should be pressure washed), but nothing that would prevent me from renting again. Host was very quick to respond. We enjoyed our stay!

This updated pool home is cute, quirky and wonderful. As advertised, it has great amenities, is well-stocked, is a quick walk to a beautiful beach and the pool area is a tropical paradise. The stay was laid back, refreshing and fun! 🏖🌊🏖🌊

It is a cute house near the beach. It was exactly what we were looking for for our family of 6. We could walk 1.5 blocks to the beautiful beach and then retreat to our private pool. The owner was very responsive. The place was clean and up to date. It is close to the airport and an easy retreat from the northeast. We would definitely consider renting the same place again. This is just as advertised! It is a fixed up older home with an amazing pool area. It is walking distance to the beach. It has everything you need for a day at the beach including a wagon, cooler & toys and an outdoor shower to rinse sand off when you get home. We spent most of our time around the pool. My kids loved the toys & floaties. They had a puddle jumper life jacket for my youngest so that was great not to worry about. The whole backyard set up is great. (Heads up the grills work but could use a little attention.) Indoor has everything you need and fun decor but the main attraction is the pool area. Thank you so much!!

I can't say enough about the town, location, owner and the home. You must stay here! Tons of amazing restaurants walking distance away; you have to try the 100 flavors of ice cream at Tropical Ice cream and coffee; get Pizza at TJ's Italian restaurant and eat fresh seafood at Guppy's. This house is adorable! When you walk in, you leave your stress at the door. It was a pleasingly clean home that feels like it just keeps going. We had plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 kids with space in between. The decor throughout the house creates a vibe that brings you back a few decades to the old Florida Beach feels with a twist of modern. Nice quiet neighborhood. The beach, a few shops, and the kooky coconut are only a few minutes of walking from the house. The Nature Preserve Boardwalk through the mangroves to view the bay and playground are practically across the street which was a nice bonus. The older kids enjoyed riding the beach cruisers around the block. The Backyard was everything. The pool with the surrounding palm trees, flowers, and shells made us feel like we were in our own little private oasis and the house provided everything we needed to enjoy the pool, the beach, and in the kitchen. The host was very responsive and access into the house was very easy. I've stayed in many rentals and this one is probably my favorite. I would definitely recommend this house and I hope to stay here again someday.
