Everything about this home was awesome except just one issue. The hot tub cover really needs to be replaced!!! It's so waterlogged!!! This makes it extremely heavy! It was all my husband and I could do to get the cover off, enjoy the tub and then picking up a cover that probably weighed close to 90+ pounds back on the tub!!! Please replace the cover ... It's not hard to do!! Other than that, the entire week was amazing!!

Loved this house! Everything was so organized and clean it was awesome. Our kids loved the game room and the hot tub was perfect for adult winding down time. Access to the beach was great. Very cozy home. I loved that they literally supply you with everything you need to enjoy your vacation comfortably. I would definitely book this home again for future stays

I was so excited to stay here and was immediately let down upon entering. The first floor had sand on it. The enclosed hot tub porch area had a wet dirty rug and needed swept. The pool table hadn't been cleaned and had sticky on the edges. The second floor had the smallest bathrooms. The bathrooms needed a better cleaning as the toilet areas smelled like urine. The toilet seats need replaced as they have crusted dirt and who knows what stuck on the hinges. Found hair in the tub. The queen bed needs a new mattress as we kept rolling to the middle of the bed. The third floor 1/2 bath smelled like urine as well. The kitchen was clean enough except for no trash bag in the trash can. Living area was fine and I loved the blue beach theme. Also there were filled buckets with sand and cigarette butts on every porch, even though there wasn't supposed to be smoking on the property at all. Broken door handle to the upper porch. Not enough wash cloths and towels for 8 people either. The bathroom drain in the 2nd floor queen bedroom was plugged and took forever to drain. I expect a home to be thoroughly cleaned and plumbing issues, etc, to be taken care of when renting for a week. Especially at the price charged. I don't think I should have to sweep the downstairs when first moving in. You need to do a better job of hiring your cleaning staff and handyman Vacasa. Will NEVER rent anything from you again. And also it took 3 days to address our issues. Terrible service. Will be preparing for a review on Trip Advisor and any other forum.

The home was great this was our second stay. I was not very happy with the lack of communication with maintenance, I reported an issue on Tuesday and still had not heard back by the time we left. Also the grass looked horrible it should have been mowed and was not.

This home met all our needs and our family had a wonder fishing trip. I would recommend trimming the branches of the tree by the driveway to accommodate long fishing rods.

Wonderful and relaxing experience, well appointed property that was clean, spacious and made vacationing easy. The property was close to the beach. It does however require a bit of effort to get all of the gear across highway 12 since the house sits on the opposite side of it so bring an equipment caddy cart. The noise from the main drag was not an issue at all. The house is also conveniently located within a mile of several restaurants and cafes as well as retail and grocery store. I rated the communication with property management as only four stars bc I had to call a few times to get the answer to the request I made over the phone and on the third call I made back to them after five days they told me that the request had been granted only no one from Vacasa had emailed or called me to notify me of that. But they were always professional and friendly when we spoke and did accommodate our request so we were pleased. We would definitely rent this place again

This was the cleanest home we have rented in OBX in many years. Everything was exactly as listed. Close to everything. About a block away from the beach access. We had some rain and the house has lots of things to keep you busy...pool table, video games, etc. Hot tub was smaller than most, but newer as well. Will definetly come back to this home!

This was the first time visiting the outer banks for us. Our 3 year old enjoyed her own room and her own. Space. She even made a friend a neighborhood cat came and visited. We got to meet some of the neighbors. The road was closed Sunday but reopened Tuesday so we got to get out and enjoy the weather. The house is beautiful and we got some much needed family time in that's for everything. When I had a question about anything I had an answer within the hour thanks so much.

Best Trip Ever
The house was beautiful. Very clean and the decorations and colors were awesome!! Very close to the beach. We loved the lift it came in very handy to get our luggage up to our floors and food to the kitchen. We all enjoyed our stay. We will remember always!!!

The house is great - plenty of room, beds were comfy, location is close to the beach and within walking distance of a few restaurants. My family loved having the pool table and arcade gaming machine on the 1st floor, it definitely came in handy on the days we had some rain. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots, pans, bowls, cups, dishes, etc. The only downside is that the price is going up significantly for 2022.

Temptation house is HUGE! It had plenty of space for everyone and was only about a 5 minute walk straight across the street to the beach! The only complaint would be that it could have been a little cleaner. There were cigarette butt buckets on each deck that looked liked they’d never been emptied, and we found some various clothing items around the house that weren’t ours. Overall it was a great stay and we hope to visit Avon again next year!

Unfortunately, the beauty and close proximity to the beach was overshadowed by the rude, loud and drunk neighbors. The noise could be heard as soon as you started to cross back over dune from beach, which is a whole street down and across rte 12!! We couldn’t even keep windows open due to noise that went on nonstop during daylight from Friday until we left Monday. Completely ruined vacation for us.

Very nice family get away
Checkin was easy, house was easy to find. House was very clean. There were no trash cans in any of the bathrooms, which was weird, but after some hunting around the house we found them all. Hand soap and hand towels were missing from some of the bathrooms, but we were able to find enough to stock them. The neighborhood was good, but neighbors were noisy. I wish there was some kind of privacy screen for the hot tub area. It’s right across from the neighbors hot tub area, so we felt like we were being watched. The baby gates are pretty old and could use replacing. One doesn’t latch at all, so make note of that if you have a little one with you. We really appreciated the high chair. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would return.
