The property was immaculate and the communication was easy and thorough throughout the process. We very much enjoyed the space and the view is gorgeous. We will definitely rent this unit again!

We were lucky enough to find a booking here for a quickly planned trip. The owner and manager were very prompt in responses to us about this space given another booking property was deemed unavailable after we booked our airfare ! This property is as advertised that it’s all recently renovated , everything is absolutely spotless , modern and comfortable. There is an amazing view of Cruz Bay from the patio - we are going to miss having our coffee there !! It’s close enough yo walk to town if you want to - understanding its on the top of the hill 😀. Check in and check out were very clear with great communication with the property manager for all questions. It also includes a parking space if you have a jeep rental. This property is a great base for a vacation exploring St John !

This property is in the perfect location to walk to town. The owner thought of everything you might need while on vacation. Very thoughtfully stocked. Second floor would be great for older children who can be trusted on the stairs. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a trip to paradise.

Fantastic view, pool was a refreshing bonus after the beach!!! A short walk to town alittle bit of a hill but doable. Clean, colorful, bright condo with everything you’ll need! We loved it!!!

Great spot, everything you could possibly need in the home and beautifully decorated. Tammy was easy to get in touch with and immediately responsive. I would recommend this home in a heartbeat, it is exactly the vacation you are looking to enjoy!

Property is very clean. They supplied us with additional cleaning products, vacuum if needed. They were very thoughtful with stocking kitchen with everything you could need. Beach back pack cooler was appreciated along with chairs. Only downside is up stairs shows never got hot and was ice cold beside that place was perfect. Great location and felt safe.

Great location - walk to Cruz Bay. Super clean and nice place with an amazing view. Property manager and check in was easy with great communication. The price is very, very reasonable for St. John. Highly recommend.

Just loved this place! Perfectly located with easy access to restaurants. Gorgeous view from balcony. Entire condo was so comfortable because the owner took so much time to make sure every last detail was thought of. Entire place was stocked with all the items you could possibly need to feel super comfortable and enjoy your vacation. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Will definitely go back and stay here! I wish all the VRBO rentals lived up to this one!

We absolutely loved our stay at Harbor View. Couldn’t have asked for a better location. Just a short drive to our favorite beaches and could walk to town for dinner. The condo was just beautiful. Can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay!!

This place had every little thoughtful touch a vacationer could want. Books, beach bags, SPF/after sun spray, sun covers, full kitchen with all the appliances. We have stayed in 3 different apartments in the small complex and this one was by felt like real people loved and lived in it. A few notes: there are no instructions on how to use a complicated digital stove and combination convection oven/microwave. It took 4 us some time and a bit of frustration to figure both out. They work great but instructions would be helpful. Also, the beds are very firm. It was not a comfy sleeping experience. That could be personal preference and I assume the humid tropical weather makes a pillow top hard to maintain. I think it is clear from the photos but the apartment is not accessible. There are stairs down to the unit and a very narrow, spiral staircase to the second bedroom/loft. Even the most nimble of us had to tread very, very carefully going up and down the staircase. St. John is a wonder and this place was a perfect place to stay. We loved it and will definitely be back.

This is a beautiful place just a few minutes walk from down town Cruz Bay. While its on a hill and the climb can be an effort if you are not used to walking, everything is close by and the view from the balcony is just stunning. Our family loved every minute of our stay at this place. Just stunning

Four of us adults stayed and we had an awesome experience staying at this condo. It was located close to town for walking to restaurants, grocery store, ect. The manager was great at communication as well. The owners provide everything you could need for your vacation including coolers, beach towels, etc. The loft area of the condo is quite spacious (although the spiral staircase leading up to it is tight). And it has the convenience of a bathroom with a shower up there as well. Would recommend to anyone!

Home was beautiful and well stocked. Location was excellent. Pool was great as were the neighbors. We will be back!

Harbor View is lovely...well appointed, super clean, private and ideal for 4 people...though we were only two...plenty of space. Kitchen fully equipped, all the beach gear, guides and stuff you forgot is ready and available. Local host is super cool and helpful with any and all questions. Highly recommend.

We have stayed at this property multiple times. Great location to Cruz Bay. Awesome views of town, the bay, and sunsets. Well stocked with what you need whether staying for a week or 3 weeks like we did! We’ll definitely be back!!!

This was our first time staying on St John and we will be back! The pictures of the property were very accurate so their was no disappointment. The real treat with this property were the extras that the owner provided - things like a Yeti backpack cooler, board games, beach towels, pool towels, tote bags, umbrellas, battery operated candles and flashlights that automatically turn on when the power goes out (which of course it did!... lol). The property manager was very helpful and made sure that we were well informed. The owners really deserve high marks for for providing a perfect property and St John experience. We will be back soon.
