Beautiful home in a great location overlooking Lake
Winnipesaukee in a gated community. Lots of space and amenities to keep ya happy. Everything worked as planned and advertised. Would stay here again with a large group. Michael was easy to communicate with and responsive.

The house was beautiful and so clean! We had a great time and had zero complaints. The host even let us know ahead of time that one of the garage doors was broken and instructions on how to use it before it got fixed.

Very happy with our stay. Entire prices from booking to check out was extremely easy. Great location. The plumbing in the house needs a little work, otherwise perfect.

The house in general was great, but very dated and some things not in best of condition. The dishwasher did not have a hinge to keep it from dropping to the floor when opened and a couple of us ended up with bruises. Front stairs rock pieces falling apart and driveway was too steep for my mother who uses a cane.

This property was perfect for our 3-generation family! The space and layout were just the right size! The walking path to the lake was right next to the house. We would definitely stay again.

The house is central to lots of activities, places to see etc. Seems like one is 15 to 20 minutes at the most from everything. At the same time, the community was quiet and relaxing secluded from the masses. We especially enjoyed the relaxation room and the house did not lack for anything. We will most certainly be returning.

This house was accommodating and excellent for all ages. From the lake views and location to the vast open floor plan and wide range of interior activities, the owner makes it easy to enjoy your getaway here. We definitely will be returning.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this South Down Shores property! We had a large group but there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. Great location with tons of space! Would certainly stay here again.

There property has everything we needed. Plenty of rooms and space for 4 couples of friends. The hot tub, steam room, and sauna were an added benefits for rainy days. The community lake front and beach made it extra nice! Mike was very pleasant and prompt with communications.
The only negative is the numerous light and fan switches. Very cumbersome trying to figure out.

This property has so many spaces to gather both inside and out. We were able to have meals on the patio with the grill and also in the large dining room. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. There are great remote work spaces and the WIFI was great. A short walk to an immaculate beach and a short drive from so many great places. The views of the water are gorgeous and we took lots of walks in the beautiful neighborhood. They have so many Adirondack chairs along the water as well as benches to relax and it's so fun to see the Scenic Rail Cars come through, always with a friendly wave from the conductor. It's a great property!

Had a wonderful time. The property was spacious, comfortable with a lovely view. Love being at the lake with our grandkids. Making memories with them is the best!! We will be back next year!!!! Thank you to the owners for everything!!!!

Lovely Home
We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The owner was very responsive and even extended our checkout time without us asking due to a snow storm that was dropping over a foot of snow! Approximately 20 minutes from gunstock and we enjoyed both skiing and tubing during our stay. Loved the great room and of course the hot tub/sauna.

This was an amazing stay! The property was clean and spacious. It had everything we needed for a nice relaxing long weekend. We didn't leave the house at all, the kids and adults just hung out in the sauna and hot tub and esp around the table eating lol. We each had our own area as well for sleeping so we didn't feel crowded! We can't wait to plan another trip!
