The 2 bedroom was perfect size. Clean and nice. The balcony was very large and the rooms were very comfortable. Washer and dryer was a very nice and needed addition. Absolutely no problems with the room. Hotel has awesome pools for adults and kids, great location with very little traffic.

My family stayed in this property for spring break and while the location and amenities were very nice the room and resort could use a definite update. The cabinets were outdated and part of the counter kept snagging my clothes because it was peeling away from the rest. I didn’t cook or use any appliances other than the microwave and fridge to keep drinks cold so I can’t comment on the pots, pans or utensils. The bathroom towels and washcloths were hard and scratchy. Handicap parking was limited as well as the check in and out parking.
Overall a decent place for our last minute getaway but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Clean room !! Sand Lapper Resturant was great at hotel. Food was very good and service was good.

Nice room
We enjoyed the layout of the condo. Upon arrival everyone was nice. The dryer made a loud squeaky noise, we did let maintenance know about it. They were able to fix it the next day.

Bay Watch Resort
This is one of the best places that I have stayed on the beach! Very clean. Non-smoking...the first place that I have stayed that really tries to enforce the no smoking rule. That is very important to me as smoke causes me to have an asthma attack! Beds comfortable and clean. Baths, also. Pools clean. Restaurant breakfast buffet was fresh and delicious. Our server was wonderful. All employees were super nice. You should definitely stay here!!!

We love Baywatch and this condo was perfect for our family. My parents had their own room and bathroom and we had our own setup as well. We were there in late December but the weather was great and the pools were heated so they perfect to swim in.

The room was freshly cleaned when we arrived, yet the toilet was running requiring immediate maintenance (response time and fix were excellent) and the patio door was left slightly open that we assumed was to air the odors in the unit. We used bed linens to cover sofa due to its odor. Master suite also had odor that disrupted my sleep. We assumed it was pet odor, urine. Definitely foul.
