The place is nice and clean. It is well equipped with complete amenities. It’s like living in our own place back home. A perfect choice of short stay. The owner Alex is very accommodating and makes sure the guests are well informed. Would highly recommend this to everyone who wishes to visit St. John.

Super comfortable beds. Great location. Grocery store nearby and in close proximity to downtown. Price was super affordable!
Couch in living room was a little too small and not very comfortable. Bathroom vanity and toilet seat need updating.

The booking process is intrusive et unacceptable with this obscure company. Once the reservation is engaged with booking.com they request plenty of personal information as passport photograph, date of birth, address etc. etc. Then if you want to cancel during this tedious process they just refuse and will collect the money. Now they have everything to steal your identity.
Take care, the real cost tripled when adding cleaning fees!

Definitely what we needed. Clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed.

Flat was spacious and had most things needed for a few nights stay. Bed was comfortable.
Be aware very steep stairs (37) to get to flat. Wasn’t very clean - had just been superficially cleaned before we arrived but cupboards and corners etc were dirty. Loo seat was peeling and broken. Sofa was very uncomfortable for more than 15 minutes and there wasn’t really enough seating for relaxing.

Bed was comfy. the kitchen was adequate, bathroom ok. The view was great.
Not very comfortable in the living room. Need a bigger couch and a couple of lounging chairs to relax in. Stairs to 3rd floor steep and narrow. Not very well cleaned dust on floor and tv and stand. Snow not plowed out very well. no cable TV. just internet TV. Need to upgrade a little

The shower tub handle came out but fix it and notice your faucet in the kitchen is a bit loose. The stove or clock does not work
