I used to be in expensive hotels in south beach and I found this AMAZING apartment in downtown Miami which has great location but also incredible amenities. The apartment was stunning with a great view, it’s huge and very comfortable. The host was beyond good with the communication. I highly recommend this property and can’t wait to come back!!

Location is amazing, quiet but very central.
Apartment was so dirty and badly maintained. It was not even vacuumed at all; there was dark hair everywhere, even on pillows and towels. We put our shirts on pillows to make sure it was clean enough to sleep. Toilettes are not flushing, everything is sticky and gross. Host is very responsive. It's such a pity!

Our apartment wasn’t very clean, cigarette burns on the furniture, no tv in living area and you stood in ankle deep water while showering because the water didn’t drain properly.

It was nothing like the pictures on line. Very dated. Extremely expensive for the quality room. One of the shades fell off as I was rolling it down for privacy. Towels were minimal and very used/old. Furniture is cheap and falling apart. I will never stay here again or recommend it to anyone. I’m requesting a full refund as I feel this was not what was presented on line.

Clean facility. Friendly staff. Lobby was beautiful. Location was busy but beautiful. Room was great size and clean. The balcony also had amazing views.
Parking and waiting on valet was a long time waiting. Just need a better system. And TVs were very small for the space in bedroom and living room. Other than that, the pool area was amazing the waitresses were nice. The lobby was beautiful.

I loved the location and the view from the balcony
None of the outlets in the living room worked. I purposely booked this because we would have access to the rooftop pool and when we got there we were told we would have to pay extra for that.
