The house is laid out so perfectly for 2 families. Rooms are spacious, everything was clean and there are several games / activities there for all ages to enjoy. Our kids literally LIVED in the pool and us adults enjoyed just relaxing with a great view. WE ARE ALREADY PLANNING OUR NEXT TRIP HERE ! I highly recommend it

Owners have kayaks which we were allowed to use and enjoyed. The outside area has plenty of loungers and dining spaces so we spent most of our time there. Who wouldn’t? We traveled with our adult children so it was great that each bedroom had king size beds. The property is a short walk to the main downtown Lauderdale by the Sea area and the beach. It was convenient that there was a beach cart, beach chairs and especially the cooler for you to use. Side note-the cart does need new wheels. Property was clean and stocked and ready for our arrival. As far as Walker Vacation Rental company - they were the best! I had questions prior to the trip and they responded quickly. Had a few issues during our stay and their response was always immediate. I would rent through them again in a heartbeat. A Wonderful Vacation😀

We love the Lauderdale By the Sea area and the location of this property is just perfect to walk to the restaurants and shops. The house was spacious and great for the 7 of us. Host was very accessible and accommodating. Bikes and beach chairs in the garage were nice to have. We would come back for sure!

Great house for our family of 5 with pre-teens/teens. Clean and included everything we needed. Appreciated the bicycles/pool toys in the garage. Nice neighborhood for morning walks.

The property is exactly as described! The pictures are accurate, except there are updates to the two full bathrooms (meaning they are in BETTER shape than what the picture showed); and the master bedroom bathroom is dated and shown appropriately in the pictures. Is the place as modernized as a $2M house? No. Were we comfortably in a $1M house/location? Yes. Plenty good enough for us :)
We were a family of four. We did feel that we could have had another family of four easily in the home with us (Darn Covid!). The common spaces, kitchen and pool table were all extremely functional and easy-to-use. One of the nice things about the house is that everything had a place, often labeled, and it was easy to put things back which made it very comforting. This is not one of those ‘knick-knack filled’ vacation rentals. The pool was immaculate and cleaned once during our stay. My daughter probably spent 20-30 hours in it; and we spent a lot of our time on the deck chairs around the area. So quiet and peaceful. All questions that we had were asked and answered within 15 minutes by text or email; and I must have communicated with the property manager 20 to 30 times before our arrival.
The location along the Intracoastal Waterway is gorgeous and we used the opportunity to do some stand-up paddleboarding across a few of the canals to look at the gorgeous houses in gigantic boats, as well as the sunsets. The pathway to the beach along the street was easy to walk through and we used the cart and chairs in the house to walk them over to set us up when we wanted to go to the beach. We also came for the marathon which passed by twice. Easy, walkable, access to the commercial area of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea for take-out and groceries.

The house, set-up, location and amenities were perfect. Check-in was seemless, wifi was effective, and exceeded our expectations. Great neighborhood, friendly all the way around and VERY quiet yet close to many of the exciting spots at Lauderdale by the Seas. We would have extended our stay if we could! A+ all the way around and Walker Vacations was a first class agent that I would certainly book through again.

The grill is nice but the tanks were almost empty. The master bath tub doesn't work and the master shower door won't close. Two items we felt were dangerous and should be addressed right away were the bunkbeds are too close to the ceiling fan and the dead palms near the pool. One of the palms fell and someone could get hurt. We don't mean to be critical, just constructive feedback. We had a wonderful time together and very much appreciated the use of the house. It just needs a little TLC.
