The perfect location for easy walks to restaurants and shops.

Spent 5 summer nights at the property. It was a great place to operate out of as a home base. Convenient location, clean, and a communicative/helpful owner.

Great location and easy to get around town without driving. The grandkids loved the pool and we enjoyed the hot tubs. Beds were comfortable and we had enough room for 3 adults and 4 children. Very quiet and peaceful location. Only thing was the TV downstairs wasn’t set up to cable box or plugged in. Grandkids wanted to watch a movie as was raining and we had to move dresser to get everything plugged in and hooked up to cable box. Once set up the kids said it was like a theater as black out curtains showed no light, they were happy! Condo itself was clean and comfortable (except behind tv). Sliding glass door was hard to open and close but was doable and kids were out watching a fox for awhile. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay very much. No hot pads in kitchen so had to use dish towels to get food out of the oven but had no issues doing that. We had everything we needed to fix our meals as well. Would stay here again in the future. Very close to the Quicksilver lift, large enough for our group of 4. Mattresses/pillows could be more comfortable.

First, the owners are EXTREMELY responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. We had a couple of issues to manage during our stay, and I could not be happier with how they managed them - sincerely, they were great! Pros: - Great location for skiing - convenient laundry facilities - comfortable size for our family of 4 - wonderful owners to work with Cons: - Community pool / hot tub was an issue. We’ve stayed at Warriors before and they always seem to have hot tub and or pool issues. This year was the worst though with the pool actually having a layer of ice on it for a day and one of the hot tubs being drained. - the unit would benefit from some simple updates / finishes to make it more comfortable. For example - - the upstairs bathroom vanity has no knobs on the doors, it is minor, but still - why not have them? - no top sheets for the beds. - no throw blankets in the living room. Again, minor, but would have been nice. - sliding door to the balcony is extremely hard to open and close - we did it use it much because it was cold out, but in warmer days it would have been nice to be able to open. - fireplace would not start when we arrived. Owners were GREAT and had it repairs promptly, but the fireplace itself seems to be on its last legs. Overall, our stay was a good one, and honestly, the owners were so nice and responsive I don’t like leaving a critical review - but I also hope the honest feedback benefits them and future renters.

Good location with a short walk to ski lifts and shopping. Comfortably fit 5 of us. 2 adults and 3 children.

The condo was perfect for our short trip w some friends. Plenty of room and the location was perfect. Bus stop was right outside our condo for the lifts. When choosing our rental one of the must haves was a fireplace. We were very disappointed to walk in and find a sign on the fireplace that said pending service out of order . We contacted the host to find out if it would be working before our vacation was over. We were told no. I understand this was of no fault of the host but it would have been nice to at least know ahead of time that it wasn’t working. I have stayed at many vrbos and was notified in advance if something wasn’t working or available that was listed. Also parking was difficult 2 different times. People parking in the limited spaces with no parking tags and parking and walking to other condos taking up our reserved spots. We were left with worrying about being towed on 2 occasions when we had parking permits to be in the condos but no spaces to park. hot tub was always full of people shoulder to shoulder so it was not an attractive amenity. Over all we enjoyed the condo, it was clean and very well located for downtown breck.

We enjoyed the stay. The manager I dealt with, Victoria, was outstanding and prompt in her responsiveness to messages and helpfulness in getting us in early. The location is perfect for a short walk to the slopes and town and we have stayed in this same area for years. The unit itself is a bit sparse and we were a bit put off by the "bring your own toilet paper" notice and my friend was unhappy that the beds didn't have sheets, just a fitted and a duvet cover. Our biggest complaint was that the hot tubs, weren't. Again, we've stayed in this complex for years so we KNOW what they are like and this year was absolute let down... The tubs ranged from 82-94 degrees at best. We spoke to unit manager who was told there was a problem with the boilers however, the girl working at the hot tub facility told us "we turned them all down because you people stay in them too long." Hopefully they'll get this issue resolved and we'll return again!

We had a great time!

This condo certainly met our needs for our short stay. Access to the slopes by foot was great as was access to parking. The kitchen was stocked with necessary dishes, pots and pans, small appliances for the four of us. Our main complaint, other than the gas fireplace that emitted an odor which resulted in headache and wooziness (yes we turned it off and reported it to the owner) was the somewhat fitted sheets of plastic and crinkly linen on ALL the beds. If I were to stay there again, I would remove the plastic and bring our own sheets for more comfortable sleeping.

Great property with quick walking access to downtown Breck. Hot Tub access very close just behind the building. 7-minute walk to the lifts. Property is perfect and functional and would recommend staying there.

Close to all things downtown Breck- food, groceries, pool (in complex),…. And quiet neighborhood! Nice updated bathrooms made for an enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.

I have to rate a property manager above. There wasn't one I knew of, just the host. Loved the setting and the closeness of the Columbine pool. We only did a weekend and never used the pool but it looked great. Easy commute to the Breckenridge Golf Course and so many other local attractions. We are walkers so we walked into town for certain meals and loved the Riverwalk. The location was also an easy drive to the Frisco Marina where we rented a pontoon boat and had a spectacular afternoon on Dillon Reservoir. Our party consisted of Grandparents, daughter, son in law and the star of the show-18 month old grandson. My Brother and his wife also rented a unit at Lances West for the weekend. Overall, it was a great experience.

Property was perfect for a short getaway. Great location with convenient access to everything. We really liked access to trails right from the property and that we could easily walk into town. Nieces loved the pool and hot tub.

Condo is on 1st level, so no climbing stairs with ski equipment. Steps from outdoor heated pool and four hot tubs. Condo is tri-level, with two bathrooms, one on each floor top and bottom. Middle floor is foyer with plenty of room for equipment storage. Whole place was sparkling clean. Thermostats in almost every room. Kitchen had all the necessities, with updated appliances and a dining room table for 6. Two bedrooms—one with a queen bed and twin bunks, the master with a queen. Comfy beds (and we are picky). Pull-out couch in living room with a loveseat as well. Location is about a quarter mile from downtown, about .4 mile from Quicksilver lift (take the shortcut by Charter Sports over the foot bridge). Would have liked to be a smidge closer, but our young kids walked to the lift with minimal complaints. There is a Breck Free Ride city bus ($0) with a stop within view of the front door that will drop you near the Quicksilver lift if you don’t want to hoof it. We enjoyed our stay and will strongly consider returning!

It suited us perfectly for our ski trip. Convenient storage in unit for ski equipment. Little touches such as complimentary coffee, condiments, items needed to cook but don’t have when away from home. Showering needs. Great communication when needed. Easy check in.
