We had out of town family come in for a wedding for an extended weekend at the beach! This property was conveniently located. The pool was super close and the view was phenomenal. We enjoyed the privacy and secure community. Highly recommend

Our family of 8 adults had an amazing stay in Viki’s unit. The kitchen table accommodated us all as well as the sectional and chair in the living room. So much storage in the kitchen (and so we’ll stocked) and the bar refrigerator was a huge plus!! The furniture was maximized in all the rooms. Two balconies were a bonus as well as pickle ball courts across the plantation in Drummond Point Park which are free, first come first serve, and shaded all morning long. Viki was super responsive with my few texts and questions. Oh - we enjoyed the welcome bottle left for us! Thank you Viki!!!

This property is located inside the Amelia Plantation. The beach was not crowded and plenty of room to set up a tent and chairs. We had plenty of room to play games.

We loved our stay! Everything was as advertised plus some! Condo came with every little thing you could miss from home.

We loved this property. The condo was clean and well stocked. The pool is fantastic and a very short walk. You can’t beat the ocean views. I loved that it was gated and on Omni property. The owner was very responsive and kind. I highly recommend. Five stars.

We had a wonderful stay in this very clean and comfortable condo. It’s a short, lovely walk to the pool and beach. We rented a golf cart and loved exploring the property. There are lots of great restaurants in Fernandina Beach and be sure to check out Down Under. Amelia Island is an all around fantastic place for family vacation and this condo was a perfect home base.

Our stay was pleasant and the villa was gorgeous. There was a hiccup with the water pressure but it eventually got resolved, it just took some time.

Everything was really great! The place was clean upon arrival, it was in a beautiful neighborhood. The place was very nice and matched the pictures. The pool was nice and quiet, it felt like we had the beach to ourselves. We ran into a couple hiccups but it was very easy to communicate! It really was one of the best experiences Ive had with online stays!

Please be clear in the description that the pool is not heated. I do not remember seeing this in the description and I made the assumption that it was heated since it was open.

We loved the outdoor property amenities: expansive beach, proximity to bike rentals, boardwalk, paths for walking. Beautiful condo with plenty of space for our group. Nicely furnished with inspiring beach decor. Amazing view from the sitting areas and master bedroom!

This was a wonderful place for a quick family trip.

Christmas is a very special time. We planned the stay at the Amelia Island Plantation on the Omni Resort, the private ownership aside, the location made us feel secure. We visited the unit to see if it lived up to our expectation. It did. Beautiful view, well appointed. Unfortunately, we feel a bit duped by this. The contract mentions not taking responsibility for maintenance issues, lack of air conditioning, heat, water. Probably extremely isolated incidents. Now wonder if these things happen routinely. The first night, a romantic getaway evening before the family arrives. No heat. We woke up during the night to add blankets to the bed. With the forecast , the fact there was no heat pump should have been disclosed. I spoke to the host the day before and asked had the unit been checked this season/heat turned on. This was a perfect reminder to mention this, no heat pump. While we packed accordingly for being outdoors, we did not pack to bundle up indoors. The host did eventually respond to our very early morning text. The initial response was to explain the weather conditions impacting the temperature. We explained that it was not budging at all and hadn't since the evening prior. They acknowledged it should be warmer than that, weather withstanding. Ultimately a tech was sent at 2pm Saturday. He disclosed that the unit did not have a heat pump. What it did have should have been warmer than it was despite that so this was fixed. Next, the toilet would not flush in either bath. The tanks were not refilling. At home we would call the utility service, check for an outage. But here we had to call the host. Host said, "We were do not control the water but would check on it." Eventually they got back to us. A pipe had burst. 7 people had to fill the toilets EACH time they needed the restroom using gallon jugs of water that filled slowly with the low pressure. Again, feeling duped. Water pressure was also a trickle in the kitchen throughout our stay. It was hard to wash the dishes manually and no pressure for the dishwasher. The floor needed sweeping. Long curly hair in the frig, along the tub edge where you step in there were hairs as well. And strands of hair in the bed on the fitted sheet. Were the sheets washed? Tub and frig cleaned? This is our first experience with VRBO. Beautiful on the outside with a price to match but problematic on the inside.

We came down for an event that was being hosted by the resort but choose to stay at the condos instead. It was a nice place with beautiful views. Plenty of exploring to do. We will stay here again if we attend the event in the future.

Great location and property. If you have knee, hip or back issues not a place for you. To many stairs all be bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. Other than that all beds were comfortable.

We are an unusual family of 7 children born in 3 years (2 sets of triplets). We all loved this condo. There was plenty of space for everyone. The laundry was full size which was perfect, and the kitchen was perfectly ready to prepare meals. Attention to details by the hosts is definitely noted!

Condo is nice and new. Great location. Pool and beach were fabulous.

We were very happy with our stay here. The host was always available, and the unit was immaculately clean. Beautiful views and a short and scenic walk to the ocean. We will definitely be back!

We just got back from our first trip to Amelia Island and we cannot wait to get back. This was the cutest condo ever. The pictures are very accurate. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and the linens were soft. Leave your towels, beach towels, beach chairs and toys at home. They have all of these! There is a beach wagon too. There is a walkway to the beach that has stairs, but it wasn’t too much of an inconvenience with the wagon and stairs. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, etc. The owners were very responsive and helpful answering any of my questions. We will definitely be staying here again :)

Great location on Amelia Island. The place looks as great in person as the pictures. There were a few instances where we needed to reach the owners - they were responsive and mostly helpful. Upon arrival, the internet was not working for the entire building/area and but the owners went out of their way to set up alternatives for us during the outage. This was greatly appreciated! Our only complaint is that the patio door wouldn’t open without major effort. In fact, it was so difficult to open that we abandoned all efforts to go out on the patio. Not having use of the patio overlooking the beach/ocean was a bit of a letdown. The owners were made aware of this issue upon our arrival. Also, note that this unit has another unit directly above it. If the unit above is occupied, the noise (footsteps, chairs, etc) travels down to this unit. This is nothing unusual for a multi-story building but is worth consideration if you are an early/light sleeper.

Our extended family greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were great. Plenty of linens, beach chairs, wagons, and toys. If you have someone who has mobility issues then this might not be the property for you but otherwise all was great.

Great views and excellent condo as advertised

Our family had a great trip! The condo has everything you need for a great stay. The beds were super soft. Great view of the beach! We enjoyed watching the sunrise on the balcony. The layout of the pool was perfect! The only slight negative is that there are multiple steps on the boardwalk to the beach. It made things a little less convenient having children and trying to pull the beach wagon. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay again!

Overall we had a great stay! There was some plumbing issues early on due to work on the building but the owners were very responsive in fixing the issues. Unit was clean and well stocked.
