The house is situated just a short walk form a dock in a friendly neighborhood. The dock was perfect for our family’s bc friends to enjoy the lake. The house has lots of space for sleeping and lounging (plus separate areas for kiddos). We also really enjoyed the fire pits and large deck for our dinners.

We’ve been staying in rentals at Bass Lake for years and this home was by far the B E S T place we’ve ever had the pleasure of renting. Location and access to private dock cannot be beat. The home is extremely spacious and has everything a large family could possibly need. The hammock was the best bonus amenity and we spent hours lying in it relaxing while taking in beautiful lake views and spotting so many cute creatures :) STAY HERE! just don’t take my dates, please. JK. Thank you to the host for fantastic communication. Exceeded all our expectations!

This may be our favorite VRBO place we've stayed in.
The house was large and could easily sleep 10+ with ample room to spare. Multiple quasi-private quarters. It's a bit wonky with low ceilings in some places, but very functional throughout including a private downstairs and second kitchenette in a large upstairs area.
The substantial outdoor space with multiple eating areas and fire pits plus the included boat slip makes the price worth it. The slip is a 3-minute walk downhill with space for relaxing and fishing from the dock.
This place is as-advertised and we intend on coming back.

This house was perfect for my family of 3 and my sister’s family of 5. It was spacious and the kitchen had anything and everything we could need! in so handy. Also, I love the fact that I had three full bathrooms! The beds were comfy and the air conditioner also was wonderful since it was super hot this weekend. Love the big family style table, where we ate, played games, and just hung out. The fire pit out on the patio was so much fun for s’mores and hanging out at night. Also loved the hammock and the yard where we set up our ladder ball. It was so close to Pines Village and also to the dock. Quick drive to the lake for day use also. Overall, this was everything that we needed and we’re looking for in a house for our family vacation. We will definitely be looking to see if this is available again next year for our vacation.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It was very spacious, yet cozy, and it was in a great location. Everything was as listed on VRBO and it was decorated with a Fall Christmas Tree. Great way to spend our Thanksgiving.

are 2022 family vacation includes staying at this rental property at Basslake. We all enjoyed the amenities this rental had to offer including the boat dock which is a short walk down the street. Access to town was good and the occasional bear sighting made for an excellent stay.

House has lots of cabin charm. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space for our two families, plus anything we may have needed by way of cookware, kitchen gadgets, extra towels, etc. Proximity to town and the lake were a big plus! We had a great stay and would stay here again.

I cooked a dinner one night for family and throughly enjoyed your spacious kitchen with the cute window box. Many windows in this cabin which give it an open feel in the pines. The living room and comfortable sofa was so relaxing. All the TV’s were new and even one in the kitchen and upstairs bedrooms! The beds were so comfortable and we slept soundly! Easy access to the dock and lake. Only a five minute walk to town which is a real plus. Thanks again for a wonderful memorable weekend over Memorial Day! The Anderson family

There was some confusion on my end regarding pets, but Blake was very accomodating. I can’t say enough good things about this place. It was spacious enough for everyone, the house was clean, the fire pit was great for the cool May nights. It took a minute to figure out all the remotes for everything. Overall great time.

House was clean and kitchen was very roomy to cook in and loved eating out on the nice deck outside. Owner was awesome to rent from and the process was super easy from start to finish. Always a plus to have a nice boat slip too. Would book this property again.

So much fun, alot of space for everyone to sleep, all outside areas were nice, 2 big patios and large grass area. Netflix on all tv's, large dining table for 8 people, 3 bathrooms all with showers & bathtubs for the little ones. Kitchen well stocked, didn't need a thing, they had it all. Only thing that could be improved was the parking. We had a large SUV & you have to squeeze into a strip between the house and road, making it hard to maneuver in & out of the car. Bring food to cook at the house, there are not that many dining options in the village. Besides that everything was great, will come back.

The owner was the easiest owner i have ever worked with. The house was beautiful and had a classic cabin feel. Beds were clean. The decks are beautiful.
