We throughly enjoyed our stay at this home! If we visit Naples again we would definitely stay here again. The property is nice and clean, great communication with a warm welcome & close to everything you need.

We could not have been more pleased with this house! It was exactly what we were looking for: quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of the city or beachfronts, but close enough to everything for convenience. The kids loved the pool and spa which saved us as the weather was not beach-friendly during our stay. This house has 3 large bedrooms with huge beds, you could easily have two families with kids and still have plenty of space. When we look to come back here, we hope this house will be available and would love to stay here again.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. The weather could have been better but we thoroughly enjoyed our time floating in the pool despite the clouds!

The house is wonderful. It has everything you could possibly need including spices! The beds and linens were top notch and the pool/spa made our stay even more special. Everything was extremely clean and I would stay there again….maybe next time for a longer stay. Thank you for letting us stay and look forward to next time!

Clean and well equipped private in safe residential neighborhood. Great location, minutes to beautiful beach and shopping. Quick responses from host. Large T. V'S in every room with lots of streaming options including Netflix.

Very nice property. The host left us a personal message welcoming us to the house with a bottle of wine. She had instructions on how to access and used the different devices. This all made the home feel very welcoming. It was nice that each TV in the house already had Hulu and Netflix signed in.

The home is just like the pictures. Beautiful and Super clean. The entire house and Lani is so updated and new. We walked in to such a nice welcoming message 😊 it felt like home. Ashley thought of everything!! I can’t emphasize enough how wonderful this house is. It really felt like a home, not a rental. My entire family has such an amazing time. Will definitely be returning☀️

This house is wonderful! We had 3 adult couples and had plenty of room in this spacious house. The kitchen was great with a large fridge/freezer as we prepared and ate most meals there. The pool was awesome and the BBQ grill was great!. This house is located very close to the beach and to shopping as well.
The property manager, Ashley, was very responsive to our questions! The bicycles were a lot of fun too! And the garage was a great plus! We highly recommend staying here and would definitely come again!

Beautiful home! Only a few minor issues. Check in was at 4pm. We arrived at 530pm and home wasnt ready. Had to wait in the driveway for 10 min before we could enter. Not long but being tired from our flight and 2 hour drive we were anxious to get settled. Master bed broke the 1st night. Legs and frame were very unstable. Had to sleep the rest of our stay in the living room. Owner did offer to have her brother come look at it but we didnt think it would be an easy fix and didnt want him there while we weren't. Also could be better instructions on how to work the pool/hottub with the tablet. I will say the house was super clean and beautiful! Need to supply more toilet paper for multiple guests. We were out by the last day. Overall, we would stay again and had a wonderful time! Ashley is very sweet and quick to respond.

We had a great time in Naples. The house was clean and had everything we needed including a pool. Only a 5 minute drive to the Vanderbilt beach.

The place was everything we could of asked for! Great location (only 1 mile from the beach). Place was very conducive to young kids, streaming services in every bedroom and sofa bed in the living area. Heated pool with hot tub was also a nice touch.
Would definitely consider staying here again.

This home in Naples Park is perfect for a family vacation with family and friends. . Everyone loved it. Three bedrooms and two well appointed baths. The amenities, appliances and furniture were modern and appreciated. The location is a short hop to some lovely beaches. There are bikes provided for those more adventurous. The pool with its enclosure was a huge hit.
Our dog enjoyed the neighborhood and the cool air conditioned tile floor after walks.
Ashley is very engaged helpful as host.
This is a great property and host and folks looking for a great vacation in the Naples area should put it on their list.

We travel for work and we had to spend two weeks in Florida, one in Tampa area- one in Naples. The first week in Tampa, we had so many issues. Bottomline, it was horrendous. When I found this property, Ashley was so sweet and very quick in response. Whenever we arrived, this property was Heaven. It was so clean and welcoming. Everything was exactly like the pictures and the hot tub was our favorite! We would definitely recommend this property. Thanks Ashley for being so accomadating!

House was very nice & in great location. Walk to beach although we came just after hurricane Ian & beach was closed for most of our stay. Near Mercato & lots of great restaurants. Had hiccup with spa & HVAC but Ashley was diligent in getting repairs done.

We had an amazing time in this beautiful home. It was in a perfect location, the host was very attentive. The house was VERY CLEAN! Beds were so comfortable. We cooked on the grill and hung out by the pool! 5 minute drive to the beach. The back yard was fenced in so it was perfect for our dog. We will definitely be back and I would highly recommend anyone to this property!

Perfect location and the home had everything we needed. Very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Very clean. The older kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The crib and highchair are great if you have a baby. Thank you Ashley, we had a wonderful vacation!!

We had a wonderful time staying in this lovely house. The location is perfect for accessing all local amenities with Vanderbilt beach being almost on your doorstep. The house had everything we needed, plus more!! We will definitely be visiting again.

We loved our stay. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. It’s located close to restaurants, super markets and most important the beach. We were welcomed with a nice bottle of wine, that was sweet. The house is pet and baby friendly. It has a crib that is very easy to assemble and a baby chair. Overall great stay, highly recommended.

The house is located very close to the beach which we were able to go to with bicycles. The house is very pretty and made for a very relaxing stay. Ashley is a great host and available very quickly if we needed anything. Something else I enjoyed very much was the comfort of the mattress 🥰
