It was a very nice stay, very welcoming and comfortable, in a nice quiet neighborhood. The home was well furnished with a wide variety of informational pamphlets about area attractions. The only hiccups were minor, in getting logged in to their wifi, and no information about how to operate the Roku television. Fortunately, I wasn't there to watch TV.

“Be My Guest” was such a delightful experience for us. The apartment was very spacious and comfy. We had everything we needed to make our stay pleasant. Thank you Sheila for welcoming us and for your hospitality.

The home was very clean and comfortable. Sheila, thought of everything. Was near main highways 71 & 49 to be easily get to all we wanted to see in Bentonville. We also enjoyed the beach at Lake Avalon not far from the home. Thanks Sheila for your hospitality!

Going back to where you lived before is often hard to do. This beautifully decorated home made it very easy. Everything we needed was there at our finger tips. The ability to do our laundry while staying was an extra bonus. The only negative was there were 3 bedrooms and only 1 bathroom. Just a note, be sure that you and your fellow guests are in good shape, because the steps down to where the accommodations are could pose a problem for an older person.

When we walked through the door, we were surprised how beautiful everything looked. It was neat, pretty, organized, and clean. . Everything about this VRBO was perfect. The bedrooms were fantastic. Beds were very comfortable. Definitely recommend staying here! We plan on returning to Bella Vista for hiking and staying here. Loved it.

Really nice large lower level unit. The unit was clean and well supplied. Communication with the host was excellent. The location was also great. The only added thing we would say, is that it might be difficult for someone with mobility issues since you must walk on paver stones down to the lower level outside and it is not wheelchair accessible. We managed just fine but could see it could be a problem for some.

This lower level unit was very cozy and comfortable. Would highly recommend for a small group as just one bathroom.

I took my kids on a mountain bike adventure and this was the perfect ‘home base’ for trips to the local trails and restaurants and activities downtown (like the spectacular Crystal Bridges museum). This place had everything you’d expect from an experienced host.

This is our second stay with Sheila. As before, our stay was so relaxing, and Sheila is a great host. We will be back again.

The place was so beautifully furnished and well equipped. We were gone all day for the time we were there, so didnt meet Sheila in person until the morning we were packing up to leave. Lovely lady. Check in was easy. Yes, I can see where some might have issues with the path down to the unit, but we did not. We're 70ish and looked at it as just a little added and needed exercise 🙂. Everything was great for us and we would definately stay again and recommend to others! Thank you Sheila. Enjoy the garlic 😉

This property provides all the basics for a comfortable stay.

I was planning on a reunion with Army buddies from 34yrs ago. I was SO lucky to find Shelia on Vrbo. From the time I first booked her BNB back in February, to our stay, she was nothing but accommodating! The place is immaculate with ALL the amenities. Beautiful scenery, with access to the decks, fire pit, grill, and more! You get more than you pay for! She was even accommodating with our Harley motorcycles! Shelia goes above, and beyond for her guest! I would recommend her and her BNB to anybody! You would be hard pressed to find better dwellings, or a better owner aimed at pleasing her guest! Perfect location for all golf courses.

Place was clean, and the owner was very communicative and understanding about getting the checkout extended for my groomsmen to get ready for the wedding.

The property is clean with all the amenities you would need. The host is very accommodating and very responsive.

Not for folks with mobility or balance issues. Steep rock steps down to basement entrance. Noisy upstairs neighbors difficult to sleep at night. NO thermostat in the basement, you must depend on your upstairs neighbors to change the settings for comfort. Your either cold or hot, most of the time. Air conditioning fan runs 24/7 circulating the hot or cold air continuously and creates a nuisance noise while trying to sleep. Bathroom exhaust fan sounds like a plane idling on the runway. Lots of extra rules to follow once you get inside the basement. They charge a cleaning fee but ask you to complete your portion of the cleaning prior to your departure. Sheila is a good host but the basement could use some upgrades, the beds are uncomfortable and the privacy blinds are old and don’t work properly. A separate thermostat and air conditioning for just the basement area would be preferable for most guests. No private areas to sit outside the basement, your always in view of the neighbors. When I booked this reservation, the listing did not include a note to let you know this was a basement apartment and the owners would be there the entire length of your stay. We left a day early and did not complete our reservation dates. Just my opinion, I’m sure others have enjoyed their stay with Sheila…

Experience was amazing, was not aware that it was a downstairs portion of a house and not an entire house. Did not impact my stay in anyway, but that was not advertised, the VRBO lister lives upstairs. Amazing property and house!

I feel bad because I didn’t realize that getting to the entry was so rocky for handicapped people. Was concerned for my daughter every time coming and going. But praise God nothing happened and we had a great time.

Loved the location and the hosts were great! Everything we need was provided along with the beds were so comfy!! We even saw two deer in the property behind us! Would definitely stay there again!

This was a very peaceful and beautiful property. Close enough to everything necessary. Was like being at home.

Stayed with 2 friends for a few days of mountain biking. We each had plenty of space and the apartment had everything we needed. Easy to bike to the trailhead for access to the Back 40 and Tunnel Vision. It's a quiet and pleasant neighborhood.

We were in town to visit family. The location was ideal for us. The home is clean, spacious and comfortable! It had everything we needed and then some!! Sheila was attentive to our needs and so great to work with! Next time we are in town we plan to stay here!!

excellent property - lots of space for our family of 5!

The beds were comfortable and it's so hot outside, it was a slice of heaven to come back from riding and have a cool place to shower and relax and recharge. The rental has everything you need.

Ms. Sheila has a genuinely warm and inviting spirit, and it shows in how well her property is kept! I was there for a business meeting with Walmart and needed to send my product in advance. I wanted to make sure it arrived secured. I sent Ms. Sheila a message regarding my dilemma and without hesitation she agreed by allowing me to send the product to her. When I arrived my product was in the refrigerator waiting for me perfectly inntact, and I sealed the deal with Walmart! Thank you Ms. Sheila! I will certainly return!
