Heaps of space, had everything that we needed, warm and comfortable
Had asked for the fold out couch to be made up but it wasn’t. All good though, we made do.

The separation of the living areas, the garden outlook as well as the lake view. Had everything we needed.
Access to the car park next to the house was blocked by a front garden and bush (it was a long vehicle).

The whole place was perfect - we travelled to Taupo for a kids rugby tournament. The rooms were great, plenty of space for all the kids and adults. The lounge was spacious and the outdoor area out the back was big enough for the kids to run around. Plenty of bathrooms throughout the house too. Would definitely stay again!

Double bed downstairs was very hard. Maybe add a topper
Single beds were very narrow for adults
A few more basics like pegs, al foil, champagne glasses etc would be good
Upstairs floorboards noisy for downstairs bedrooms

Private back deck & garden surrounded by nature.

Location of this property was great. Great views, very quiet, loads of space. Awesome meal at the pub (Mole & (Chicken) next door.

Plenty of room and well laid out. Close to the lake and family. Kids loved Disney TV.
The middle Bathroom up stairs didn't smell the greatest and the BBQ hadn't been cleaned.

The property was set in a lovely location. spacious enough to fit all my family, wonderful facilities to BBQ and enjoy each other’s company with a beautiful backdrop leading into the back gardens. we felt at home being here for the weekend, was so comfortable and hade a lovely feel about the house. we experienced the river float in Taupo and other water activities on the lake. over all a 10/10 in my books :)

The premises were exceptional, perfect for family holidays. The location offers great access to township and attractions. Oh and the views from the front verandah are spectacular of the lake and the snow capped mountains.

The size of all the rooms and the extra bathrooms were awesome (for 6 women lol). They also all had aircon units which was perfect in the heat. Location was perfect and even had a bar and restaurant next door. Very comfortable beds and great pillows.
A few cobwebs hanging down from the roof in some of the rooms The hair dryer and dryer in the garage didn't work.
