The View home was the perfect property for my family and my sister's family (4 adults, 5 kids aged 7-1 year). The home is spacious, clean , full of every convivence of home and has one of the most functional and beautiful outdoor patio/pool areas we have ever stayed at. You can tell the care that Kim and Michael have put into the home, as it shows in every detail. They ensured that we had what we needed, and even took care of what we didn't know we needed (filling up the hot tub with more water mid-way through our stay etc.). I coordinated with Chef Jamie prior to our arrival, and he brought over the BEST BBQ that we have ever had. Everything was amazing and we had leftovers for days. The house is about 40ish minutes from different entrances to the GSMPN, as well as Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg etc. If you are looking to get away and relax, you don't even need to leave the house. Just sit outside overlooking the pool and mountains!

Wonderful stay on this beautiful property. This is the second time my family and I stayed at this home. This time with friends to do college visits and I couldn’t think of a better place to rent while touring University of TN. The amazing view, cleanliness, layout, theater and pool/hot tub are the reasons we have been back. Kimberly was great at communicating and making sure we had what we needed during our stay. We plan to visit again!

This house is perfect for a big family it has everything you need and more very spacious and comfortable. Two beautiful kitchens with everything you need and the movie room is great and comfortable then there’s a pool table and games. The view is gorgeous and it’s a great place to relax no one wanted to leave. All of my family had a great time so worth the money.

Kimberly has every detail taken care of! She called the day after check in to make sure everything was ok. Every bedroom has something special, views, a soaking tub, or up stairs away from all the rest… They have an amazing cleaning crew! Once you enter the code to the front door your truly on vacation with a very clean home & the most AMAZING Views! Neither kitchen lacks anything! Fully stocked with everything & 2 coffee bars! We rented this expansive home for a family vacation. It had everything we needed and more. Two kitchens, multiple sleeping rooms, pool table, movie room, and a large pool with hot tub overlooking beautiful views of the lake and mountains. It had close proximity to the town with a good grocery story to stock up on essentials. We would definitely consider going back.

I would give this property 10 stars! I have stayed in many homes all over the US through VRBO but never one as magnificent as The View. The pictures cannot begin to depict the spectacular view. The house is laid out perfectly. We intended on doing more sightseeing than we did but our family of 14 was perfectly content enjoying the pool, hot tub, fire pits, and cozy spots throughout the home. The view was that relaxing. We barbequed and cooked the whole week and there was not a thing that was needed. At one point Kimberly was concerned that there were not enough spatulas and had an Amazon delivery while we were there! She was attentive throughout the process and made this well-needed vacation all the more enjoyable. The house was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. We were so sad to leave. We were able to enjoy the lake on pontoon boats and the rental companies were all close and extremely affordable. Thank you Kimberly for sharing your home with my family. The memories made will last a lifetime!

It's called "The View" and it lives up to that. I think the first time we rented a house and the pictures didn't do it justice for just how great the place was. Outside of grabbing groceries 5 minutes away at the store, we spent an entire week just enjoying the pool and company. The kitchen's are absolutely stocked with everything you want and more. Owners were so nice and accommodating as well. Don't hesitate.

Property is very clean and offers so much space for a larger family. There are many, many conveniences already there for you! Loved having a private bath in every bedroom but then others centrally located close to where we all hung out. We all had a great week! And the view is beautiful!

We enjoyed our stay at this home to the fullest. The home was spacious, extremely clean and prepared with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, making it feel like home! The views are breathtaking and the pool and hot tub were a wonderful amenity to come home to after two days of renting a boat and our travels to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The home owners were extremely easy to work with and were available whenever we had a question about the home and surrounding area. We also used the suggestion of the homeowner to use Chef Jamie and the meals were delightful. It was a pleasure to have warm meals delivered right to your door, truly making our vacation feel like a vacation. During the time we were awaiting our trip, our mother sadly passed away, we were so thankful that we were able to use this home as a space to share memories, laughter, tears and love when we needed it the most. This home provided us an environment filled with peace, and for that we are truly grateful.

They will count the number of people going into the house and then proceed to call you if they count more than you accounted for. The house is well equipped and in a quiet neighborhood with no lake access. The pool and hot tub are beautiful with breathtaking views. I wish we could have enjoyed it with less paranoia.

We had a great mini vacation!!! The hosts were very responsive. The home was extremely nice and views were great. . We spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub not to mention the spectacular theater room. The beds were comfortable and the kitchens were nice. Hopefully you do not need to work, but the office is awesome and has a great view. We had two toddlers and they enjoyed the pool area and we appreciated the pool security system. We also used Chef Jaime. He delivered brisket, beans, coleslaw, potato salad, and banana pudding at a very reasonable rate. Close to Knoxville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. We played a few rounds of golf at Dandridge Country Club (5 minute drive). Lots to do closeby, yet you feel like you are miles away from civilization. BabyQuip delivered cribs, Everything was great! Wow! This home was amazing. We have stayed in homes literally all over the world, and this is the best property we have ever stayed in. Simply a beautiful property. Inspiring lake and mountain views, welcoming Hot tub, large pool area, and awesome movie room - to name a few of the many highlights. The owners have thought of everything you could possibly need and have it all accessible and clearly marked. From the minute we walked in we were impressed with how beautifully the home was decorated. Every area was well thought out to provide a fantastic, relaxing experience. Welcoming touches abound, like towels by the door for the pool area, candles (battery operated) by the bathtub, cabinets and drawers clearly labeled in the kitchen (actually in both kitchens.) We were so impressed. We felt we were at one of the finest resorts we had ever visited. There was so much to do right on property: Pool, hot tub, pool table, Movie Room, fire pit, and all with some of the most beautiful views you will see anywhere. To demonstrate the attention to detail and thought that went into this place, the owners even put up a glass wall on the back side of the pool so the views would not be obstructed. We were there for nearly a week and I had to work part of the time. The home was wonderfully equipped for that too. There is a spacious, beautiful office with a desk that has a spectacular lake view. Thank you so much to the owners for all the thought, love, and work that clearly went into this place to make it so impressive. We loved it!

Our family of 11 had a wonderful time staying here. The views were beautiful, the swimming pool, movie room & pool table were a hit with our kids. This house is very spacious and had everything you needed to cook anything!! Multiple family members & friends have inquired about renting this home. The location is ok……..not that far of a drive from Ziplining,whitewater rafting, shopping,etc…..30-40 minutes tops!! Would we rent this home again? Absolutely!

This property was amazing! It's basically two houses in one. Two kitchen's, 6 bathrooms, 2 family rooms, pool/jacuzzi and a movie theater which was awesome. The pool/deck has a fabulous view of the lake and mountain range. The owner is super friendly and was always available if needed. She takes great pride in the property, and it shows with all the little details in the house. I highly recommend this property for large groups and family getaways. There is more than enough room to spread out. The area offers so much in entertainment. I need another week to hit everything we wanted to do.
