We had a wonderful week here. The weather was beautiful and the house was perfect for our stay. The backyard is incredible with pool, hot tub, outdoor tv, tons of lounging areas and the view to the open water is great. The garage has a pool table and other games. The house is well equipped with everything you might need, from coffee, to cups, to plates, etc. The beds are very comfortable too. Primary shower was a little tight, and the TV was a little weird for us, but it worked and we could watch what we needed once we figured it out. It was a very comfortable stay and just a couple blocks to the bridge to Anna Maria/Holmes beach. Would definitely recommend this place and stay here again.

The house was in a great location with a beautiful view and and we enjoyed mostly breezy days. My grandson fished every day, my kids and grandkids loved the paddleboards. We just had everything we needed. Absolutely loved it!

Perfect location, beautiful house with all that we could have needed and more! These owners have outdone themselves with providing all that you could possibly need during your stay and then some. We absolutely loved this place and can't wait to plan our next stay. Being able to have the boat at the dock and ride just a few minutes to tons of islands to explore in the most beautiful water you can imagine was a dream. Thank you!!!

Property was exactly as advertised! Fantastic location and beautiful view of bay. On multiple occasions had dolphin sightings right in front of unit. Neighbors were very welcoming which was pleasant surprise.
Owners really thought of everything and house was equipped with anything you might need! Property manager was always quick to respond to any inquiry and was pleasure to deal with.

The layout of this house was amazing, plenty of room for everyone to spread out and the views were amazing. We wanted to stay out back the entire time. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

This home is in a quiet neighborhood and the neighbors were very friendly. The only issue we had was the water in the hot tub. It was very cloudy and did not look clean so we passed on that. Maybe just a chemical imbalance. I would definitely recommend this home and I can't wait to stay at this home again. Well done to the owners!

I would re-rent this house in a heartbeat this house was kept super nice and clean it was truly mesmerizing early in the morning you would see manatees and dolphins after it would rain wish we could’ve stayed longer truly beautiful

Everything was top notch except the TV service. If you don't have a high tech person in your family you are out of luck and have NO clue of the channels, and VERY limited selection. The ones that are there keep repeating as you scroll down so you really only have about 20 to choose from. We called for help but they couldn't help either. My son inlaw finally figured it out and fortunately we had a tablet. Other than this we all had a grear time and hope to come back next year.

This house was absolutely wonderful. The owners thought of every little detail to make sure we had a great experience. The beds are comfy and the house has tons of amenities. We enjoyed the pool and fishing off the dock daily. It was nice to have all the beach supplies at the house and made our beach experiences much easier. The kitchen is stocked with everything we needed to cook family meals. The property manager was very helpful and responsive. Great neighborhood and very nice neighbors. We will definitely stay here again!

The location is wonderful for Palma Solo Bay access. We watched dolphins and manatees from the pool. I would suggest paying for pool heat; it made our swimming more enjoyable in April. The area is safe and we walked our dog around the neighborhood every night. It is very close to everything you could want to do. For the past 3 years, we stayed two streets over from this home but had to change due to availability. We are so glad we found this gem. We are hope in future planning this home will be available.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We spent most of our time out by the pool, and we had dolphin visitors almost everyday on the canal! We had a couple of minor issues with house maintenance- but they were addressed promptly. We would stay again!
