Love New Seabury and this was such a nice cottage. Fully stocked and very clean. Bill was very responsive and sent detailed emails. Great spot for sure!

Exceptionally appointed rental with beautiful furnishings, electric ambience fireplace and top quality kitchen appliances and amenities. All in all a very cozy getaway destination we will surely visit again.

I loved my short stay at this lovely Cape Cod haven. The "condos" are more like little shingle-style cottages connected to one another. So quaint. Beautiful little gardens and lawns, shell driveways. Very New England. It was nice to see so many young families and older folks enjoying walks along the treelined lanes, playing games, and going to the beach. Good old fashioned Cape Cod fun. The unit has everything one or two people need for an enjoyable stay, including all paper goods, soaps, shampoo, bath and beach towels, etc. The bed and bedding were comfortable, as was the sofa in the living room. Bill provided thorough, detailed instructions on everything, and entering the unit is a breeze with the keypad. Loved not having to worry about losing a key. It's a 5 min walk to the staircase to the beach, which is beautiful. It's a three minute drive or 20 minute walk to Popponessett Marketplace, where you can eat at the Raw Bar, get essentials at Poppy Market, coffee, bagels and pastries at the Coffee Bah, ice cream, candy, t-shirts, souvenirs, and more. Bill and Sue's place is great if you just want to feel like you're away from it all, with no need to go out to Rte. 28. I wish I had more time at this lovely spot!

This cottage is an absolute gem! Pristine and cozy the owners have forgotten no detail to make their guests feel at home! All instructions are clear and there is no need to wonder how to turn something on or where to find something. Owners are organized and cordial. Don’t miss this chance to be close to water and village!

We attended a wedding at the Popponessett Inn. Location in Maushop Village allowed walking to a market, mini golf, ice cream and pizza, as well as a beautiful beach. House was clean, well stocked and comfortable. Great visit!

We rented this cottage to attend a music festival at MV. The drive to park at the ferry wasn’t bad! It is a lovely neighborhood and very quiet. The beach is beautiful and hope to enjoy it more next time…I highly recommend this cottage!

We having nothing but great things to say about this rental. Just a short walk to the private beach. The house was beyond beautiful and pristine with all of the amenities you need …located in a darling community. The owner thought of everything! The communication left nothing out!

The owner was very responsive and sent an email with detailed directions on how to find the property in addition to all the information on the condo. He was very to communicate with.

We stayed for a week Summer of 2022. The cottage was clean, well stocked and fully as advertised. Checked in without any difficulties. Has a great view of the Nantucket Sound, on a quiet dead end street in the Maushop Village. You are on the beach in 3-4 min of walking. We had a great week. We are so grateful for the memories we made here this week. We did have a minor maintenance issue that started during the week which the owner drove down and took care with excellent and prompt communication. We hope to stay here again in the future. Thanks

My wife and I have always loved the Cape, but haven't been able to visit for nearly four years. We wanted a place on the water with the amenities of home. 30 Milestone Way exceeded our needs; the condo was perfect for us.

We loved staying in Maushop,Villiage, so quiet and the flowers were beautiful! Condo was perfect, no complaints at all!

We went during the week in June before the official start of summer. Location and neighborhood were perfect. Condo was adorable, comfortable and very well appointed. Pleasant easy walk to the beach which we had all to ourselves. We had a very pleasant stay in Maushop Village.

Fantastic way to start 2022 in #30 Milestone Way and Maushop Village. Repeat visitor, and I'll keep going back because of Bill Sheehan. Cottage and property are absolutely perfect. Really enjoy Mashpee at beginning of Winter. Just close enough to Civilization (Mashpee Commons) and secluded and quiet enough for some real relaxation. Cottage is about 50 yards to cliff and ocean. The relaxing sounds of the sea, the clear skies, the fresh air - The trails and shoreline. Absolutely wonderful. Enjoyed seasonal weather - And the Cottage is perfectly warm and cozy. Actually kept thermostat at 68 most of the time. Snowstorm came through, and Condo HOA made sure roads were cleared three times - Immediately. The Cottage is just perfect. Could stay in Sunroom and look at bright sunny skies, cliffs and ocean all day. Bill Sheehan is the best possible owner too. Cottage is exquisitely appointed and laid out. Everything is brand new. Smart TV has all the Apps and is latest generation. The bedding and bed --- OMG, just first rate. Perfect layout for the kitchen as well. If a Winter getaway, for seclusion and privacy and quiet -- and comfort is your desire. Don't look any further. Contact Bill and Sue and see about staying in #30. You'll love it! Cheers, MJS

Wonderful slice of heaven nestled in a cape cod village. Private beach low key no waves. Great for 2 people. Everything was immaculate, organized and all needs met. From bath towels, beach towels, sheets high end everything . All cleaning products at the plenty. Appliances top notch , cookware all sizes and calphalon!!! A stones throw from Mashpee Commons and Bleu a wonderful French restaurant. Look no further this is the place !

We stayed for four nights and five days for our wedding. The condo is lovely, it was the perfect size for us. The location is literally steps from a private beach. We would definitely stay here again!
