Perfect space for 2 people and wonderful area! Close to the village, walking distance to many places.

The apartment was very nice and the kitchen was well stocked. We really appreciated that it was an easy walk into the Village. The surroundings of the condo was lovely with all the live oaks and water features. We enjoyed the view when sitting on the deck (though deck is very small and just fits two people.) Would definitely return to this unit.

Besides being updated and well appointed, this condo is perfectly located. We were able to let the big kids ride their bikes to the pier and walk our little to the park to play. We never had to get back into our cars. We rode our bikes or walked everywhere fun including the beach and the Village.

Safe, clean and quiet property. Updated living area and kitchen. Comfortable beds. Bathrooms could use some updating but adequate. Overall great place to stay in St. Simons.

Very close to the pier and village. Easy bike ride or walk. A little longer to a beach access. You'll need to ride a bike, golf cart or drive. So many good places to eat. Close to light house too!

We had a wonderful and restful stay in this apartment! I really liked that it came with hand soap, dish soap, and laundry detergent to get us going! Plenty of paper towels and TP too. The only drawback was the room with the two twin beds. They are quite narrow and the each mattress sags in the middle for one and off the side for the other. It would be best to reconfigure the room and add a queen bed to it! The doors all need to be better oiled as they all stick and make a great deal of noise, especially at night. The fan in the room with the twin beds needs to be fixed as it makes a loud rattling noise when turned on so cannot sleep with it on, if you prefer to. Lastly, the white towels needs to be replaced or laundered better as several had some stains. The comforters on the beds had some stains in both rooms and need to be better laundered between guests and a few of the dishes and pots in the kitchen were put back unwashed. Other than that, it’s a great apartment with great views and within walking distance of downtown! From the balcony you feel like you’re in a tree house with views of a water fountain, fish, turtles, and plenty of birds!

Great location! Condo is not renovated/ updated as the description would lead you to believe. Bath mats and rugs in bedrooms had not been cleaned between guests. The tub drain had not been cleaned either. However , owners were quick to reply and address the problems. The cleaning crew came back the next day and washed the rugs. No one has responded at all. The condo was nice but now I am down $200 because someone doesn’t want to be honest and return my item. I told them exactly where the AirPods were located and still no response. It’s been over a week now! Completely unacceptable.

We had two couples, each with a one-year-old, stay in the condo and the location was perfect. With the park so close-by, and the village not far beyond that, it was the perfect walkable distance. The only issue we had was that we thought the room with twin beds was actually a full size and twin, so one couple had to sleep in separate beds. Otherwise, we are grateful for such a great place for us to be able to vacation in!
