We had a wonderful stay on this property. The condo was very clean and accommodated our family, plus a two-year-old. We would defiantly stay at this property again.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was perfect for our group. We had enough room for everyone and the sunny outide deck was amazing and relaxing. Everything was as shown on the website and the communicaton with the team was great. This was a nice quiet spot located next to great restaurants and shops. Perfect location.

We shared this 3 br condo with 2 other couples. Everything was wonderful except there were only 5 coffee mugs. That made mornings a little tricky.

The main thing to note are the doors to all rooms and the bathroom are slatted, so there is very little noise privacy. Turning on the a/c in the bedrooms helped block outside sounds when we were putting our 1 yr old down for his naps but we were still up and chatting with our friends. Other than that it was great.

Space was exactly as described. The pool was just ok, but who needs a pool in Hawaii? Condo had all the kitchen stuff we needed, and it was great to have all the beach chairs and umbrellas and mats.

Easy to work with manager. Location is close to the main items we wanted to go and explore. Unit had everything we needed to feel at home and be able to go to the beach.

We would stay here again, but probably not with our 22 month old grandchild. We were constantly worrying about the noise a toddler was making and how disruptive it might be to neighbors. That was our concern, we did not get complaints and do not really know if others could hear him.

We enjoyed the property very much. It was well equipped, clean and in a beautiful setting. Getting there and checking in was easy and well organized. The complex map was very helpful. We were close to many shops, beaches, restaurants and of course right on the golf course. Beautiful views and those at the complex were all very nice and respectful of noise and cleanliness. We met a few of the gardeners and they also gave us great information on things to do and see along with which beaches were best for snorkeling, wave boarding and swimming. We enjoyed driving on the road to Hana, though we didn’t make it the entire way. We stopped at the Garden of Eden arboretum and botanical garden. We would highly recommend it. Absolutely beautiful and many features, including a waterfall, without being a rugged hike through the mountains. Also spots to picnic. We also spotted a waterfall off the road which we pulled off and walked to. A beautiful setting and one could swim if they wanted. Not crowded. We enjoyed Kapalua zip lines and Sea Maui (catamaran boat, snorkeling, awesome wale and dolphin sitings, both well worth the cost). Both out of Lahaina, also a cute town to visit. Ulua beach is 3 minutes drive from the house and a great place to swim (sometimes higher waves though) and watch the sunset. If you have a lot of time before your flight out, stop and spend time at Kanaha beach park. It’s less than 10 minutes from the airport and has an awesome beach and park and is a favorite of the para surfers- really fun to watch. It was really nice to have beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc. right in our condo. Matt was very helpful with questions and responded quickly. Thank you for a great stay on Maui! The Olson’s

Reviewer Comments: Amazing experience, I know sand is hard to deal with so it was unfortunate to see some of the beach chairs covered in sand and someone left their swim shoes in one of the chairs so maybe before a new guest checks in to open up the chairs and clean them out as well. The condo had great beach accessories, from a beach umbrella, cooler, chairs to boogie-boards. The condo and property was extremely clean and maintained. Not only was the property inviting, but the guards at the entry were so helpful and friendly. We had a very late departure flight and for a reasonable charge, Mathew was very kind accommodating to our request of a late checkout time. Overall, our experience and accommodations were top rate, that we will be booking with PMI Maui in the future!

The rooms were great size. But if you have 8 guests, please ask for a bed topper for the pull out sofa bed. My kids could feel every spring in the bed and we could not ever close the bed the whole trip. Also we went to bed every night at 9:00 and they people below would bang in the roof of their place as if we were making noise (kinda rude! )... but the place was great for a family!!!
